Today my young friend and I had the most wonderful experience at Snooze in Frankston. My friend and work colleague is new to Australia, she is young and overwhelmed by the language barrier and also by being away from everyone and everything she has ever known. We were greeted and helped so much by the wonderful Peter and also James. Peter could not have been kinder or more understanding and was so incredibly helpful and gracious in understanding my dear friend's plight.
I so absolutely cannot recommend Peter and Snooze highly enough.
Peter (and James too) you both will never know how grateful both my friend and myself are for being so compassionate and so accomodating. Laura has worked so hard to get here to Australia, it has been her dream.
Thank you for being such outstanding people in showing us the absolute best in people, in the mattress range Laura needed and in helping relieve her anxiety in settling into our Frankston community.

My mum and I had amazing service the other day when we were tended to by James. He answered all of our questions and clearly knew lots of information about what we were looking for, very much a mattress expert. He made our decision so much easier and less complicated. Thank you!

I was not looking forward to shopping for new beds for my elderly mum and my brother with specific health needs, especially as we needed my brothers bed within 24 hours!
Leigh at the Frankston store was absolutely fantastic. Patient, kind, good humoured and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed in the time frame we needed it. Walked in to Snooze Frankston yesterday to buy a mattress. We had zero idea of what type of mattress best met our sleeping positions and body types. James provided us with top notch customer service to determine what mattress would suit our needs best and was very patient in walking us through all the different options. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different mattress features and gave us some great recommendations. We ended up leaving with more than just the mattress as the sales on their other products were just too good to miss. Will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks James!

The quality of the product was great. However the customer service after the sale has been frustrating and disappointing. Extreme lack of communication, and when chased up the answer changes weekly as to where exactly our order is. It was also shipped to the wrong location and pick up times we’re not communicated until last minute. Still waiting on our order almost a month after it’s expected arrival date.

Went in not knowing what we wanted luckily we had Dave to help us find the perfect mattress for us! Couldn’t recommend better help very happy with the service

Absolutely shocking experience with snooze Frankston. We choose them because of the reputation and being a leading retailer. For 7k and having a “custom” made bed and literally asking for the “best” we were more than willing to spend money. Poor communication with the store it got sent to, bed arrived and has been put together so bad it would not last being taken down and put together again. The wood was pushed in with the washer too far damaging the wood in two parts. They insisted the put together service for this bed when we bought it which meant it sat in a warehouse for weeks while being shipped to rural vic. If we knew they were just removlists we would have done it ourself and not waiting the extra 3 weeks to have it “professionally” wrecked!
The bed itself looks like it’s a scrap bed pieces from different beds, one side panel lighter than the top piece, backing has bubbles in the resin fill. We were supposed to be choosing our custom bed. What an absolute joke! Ballarat store threw in a free sheet set and when I personally went there before the delivery to discuss the numerous issues we had Frankston just said oh sorry. While the store they used to host it-not the store we bought from offered us-free sheet set for the trouble. Because for over two months our bed was in an “unknown” destination no one knowing anything about our order. And if I didn’t call every 3 days for weeks it would have played merry go round and almost got sent back to Frankston. Which would have meant another month without a bed. I should not have spent so much time organising the order. I will never buy from snooze Frankston again!

Big thank you to manager Dave for all his help. He provided such wonderful customer service, helped me understand what I needed in a mattress and worked to find me one right for me but still in my budget. Really fantastic experience. Thanks Dave!

On Sunday we had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah, who was filling in from the Mornington store. Hannah was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable with the products. She listened to our wants and needs and then encouraged us to try the computer bed to get a detailed reading. She guided us on what could normally be a very confusing purchase. We have walked away very confident with our decision and look forward to a wonderful nights sleep!

My fiance and I were bed shopping and Misty at snooze was just fantastic. Nothing was too difficult! She was happy, friendly and chatty, helped us find the perfect king bed set up and mattress to go with it! Couldn't be happier with the service

Today we walked in thinking about getting a new mattress. Not only did we leave with the perfect mattress for us but it was hand delivered by Simon on the same day.
Simon helped us find the perfect mattress; within our price range that made my husband and I the most comfortable. We are over the moon with our purchase, particularly with the incredible 50% sale. What a difference it makes!
We are in absolute comfort and we were so impressed by the care, communication and brilliant service Simon and his team offered.

A month or so ago my husband Mars and I walked into Snooze Frankston looking for a new bed. From the moment we stepped inside the door the amazing service and fantastic help we received from the team was superb!
Our biggest thanks is to Simon who went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.
We definitely got what we wanted and more and ended up with our dream bed and bed linen!
