Phil at Snooze Fountain Gate was extremely helpful and couldn’t recommend him anymore, helped out my boyfriend and I and went above and beyond to help us out, displaying extraordinary customer service, Phil’s knowledge and experience made it an easy and confident purchase we couldn’t be any more happy with our new purchase, will be a returning customer definitely and we couldn’t appreciate Phil any more.

Thanks heaps to Vanessa for the help today. She did the sleep profile for my partner and myself and showed us a generous range of beds and mattresses. 10/10 service and prices were great.

We were in desperate need of a new bed, as ours broke on Tuesday, I did some online browsing that night and called first thing Wednesday morning and Kaitlyn answered the phone and gave me the best service I've received in a really long time!

Given that we are in lockdown and I've never actually seen the bed or the material, she went out of her way and messaged me pictures of the material and answered my questions and was super honest which we appreciate so much! Within a few hours, we'd ordered our bed and knew it'd be on route to Melbourne and us within 2-3 weeks!

Great customer service is really hard to find, especially with the current situation of the state! So, thank you again for making our experience a really easy and enjoyable one! Best of luck

We went in needing a super king bed and within half an hour this superb team set us up with a mattress, bed and headboard that was within our budget thanks to a huge discount they provided for us. Absolutely recommend them and their store.
