Amazing service. Sean assisted us in replacing a gas strut for a bed we bought from this shop 20 years ago! Extremely helpful.

I was amazed (overwhelmed?) by the range of mattresses and beds on offer but Sean was knowledgeable and professional with his advice and we now have the perfect bed for us. Thank you! The whole process, including delivery, could not have been more seamless. Well done! (And being able to buy a bed manufactured in Australia is fantastic too!)

Mark was lovely to deal with and took the pressure out of buying a new mattress. I got exactly what I needed and for much less than I thought I’d be paying.

Had a really great experience with Mark who took me through the mattress assessment process showed me the options I’d requested then others to consider. He left me to make my decision. Applied NO pressure to the sale and let me take my time. Fantastic experience. I would return to purchase another mattress.

Went to buy a mattress around a week ago and Sean was incredibly friendly and helpful. While I initially intended to purchase a Stratford, Sean recommended some alternatives as they were out of stock in-store.

Having slept in my new mattress for the better part of a week now, I can say that it was an excellent recommendation as it has been incredibly comfortable.

Found the frame we wanted, just about to negotiate the purchase but needed some technical detail, ‘Adam’ was apparently the man to see. Unfortunately he was busy, talking at length with another customer. Not about beds, though, but cars! We waited, quite patiently, for 15 minutes, in vain.
Well done, sale lost.

Inferior delivery service. The delivery person contacted me on my phone instead of ringing the bell! Then, they bullied me into paying double the delivery fee (within a one-hour deadline), or they would withhold or return the mattress to the warehouse. So, I paid by a bank transfer and filed a claim with VCAT to stop this behaviour. I don't recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful and smooth purchase.

I had a great experience purchasing a mattress here. Hayden was absolutely lovely and was knowledgeable about all of the products on the floor, and helped me pick out the perfect mattress and pillows while being conscious of the budget I set out. The delivery was completely painless as well, thanks so much guys!

We bought a new mattress with Mark at Snooze Fitzroy. We had done our research prior so we had a good understanding of what we were looking for. What impressed us most was the understanding from Mark, the questions he asked us and the reading of the room so to speak. Mark gave us great information, took us to all the mattresses we had picked out in our research, gave his professional opinion and gave us plenty of space to discuss and try whilst regularly checking in on us without being pushy. We loved Mark's transparency and honesty in his sales approach, he steered us away from a more expensive mattress than the one we purchased because he knew they style of bed we had with the construction of the the way the mattress was built our warranty would have been voided. You have to love that level of ethics, a lesser genuine sales person would have just took the larger sale.

A great, comfortable and natural experience buying a mattress from Mark. 5 stars, very happy - would highly recommend seeing the team at Snooze FItzroy if you need a bed or Mattress.

How's this for after sales service? We bought our kids trundle beds from Snooze when they were small. A good 14 years later, two of the bed legs/castors needed replacing. Snooze knew what I was talking about, matched the parts and even supplied the tool to make attaching them easy. Cost? $10. Great stuff, much appreciated.
