Leonie was so knowledgeable, informative and made our experience so enjoyable! Thanks to Leonie for helping us get an amazing new mattress, pillows and bed frame.

Purchased a queen mattress from Leonie on Easter Monday. After visiting several other bed/mattress stores, this was the best overall experience I had. Leonie asked me some questions, analysed my pressure points, then suggested four options which she talked through individually. Compared to other stores, this was a much more comfortable experience because of the soft lighting (not harsh fluorescent lights) but more 'bedroom-like', as well as the provision of a pillow with disposable hygienic cover to try the mattresses (no other stores I visited did this!). I felt a bit uncomfortable at other stores lying down on beds in bright lighting - it's not conducive to relaxing into the beds! After showing me her suggested options, Leonie gave me time to try them again at my own leisure, but checked in to see if I had any questions. The mattress was delivered two days later without hassle (they were earlier than scheduled and woke me up but that's a minor negative). It's taken a week or so to adjust to the new bed, but I'm no longer experiencing hip pain caused by the dip in my old mattress. Thanks Leonie for such a pleasant shopping experience - I really appreciated your helpful, calm, and friendly manner.

Urgently needed a new mattress, for my mother coming home from hospital during lockdown. Wow! Spoke to someome on Saturday, Sunday midday rung to say will go ahead with the mattress, by 1.15pm same day mattress arrived. Outstanding service,

Girlfriend and I messed up and thought we’d be able to fit a King up our stairs (impossible) - gave the Chirnside store a call and Leonie and Peter were absolute legends and were able to change our order to a Queen without any fuss

Dropped in just before closing. The lady who helped us was excellent and quickly steered us in the right direction after working out our requirements. 40% discount and free delivery in this case. Purchased about 5: 45pm on a Wednesday and delivered midday on the following Tuesday. Can't ask for better than that

The quality of customer service provided by the Snooze CP team cannot be faulted. Recently I purchased a mattress and base with Peter, one of the team members. Peter was incredibly professional and made me feel so welcome as a customer. Whilst salesmanship is a skill that is developed, kindness and charisma is not something that can be taught. Thanks to Peter and the snooze team, I am sleeping better than I have in a long time. Will definitely be back!

I'm extremely impressed with Snooze's service. I ordered a double bed + mattress + mattress protector 6 weeks ago to replace my single bed and old sagging mattress, which were all delivered this morning. Estimated delivery was 8-10am and they arrived right on 8, and assembled the bed so quickly!
If I'd done it I probably would have taken hours but they were whizz's. I'm also impressed by them getting the mattress in because our house has very narrow corners and it was a tight squeeze - I kind of wish I'd seen them do it! Thank you Lorraine for helping me pick a bed and mattress and thank you to Snooze for your excellent service delivering and assembling my new bed. I really appreciate it, especially during this pandemic.

Absolutely impressed with Carl from Snooze Chirnside Park, professionalism, authenticity, and just a great guy.i had a thought of looking into other mattresses, but wasn't in any rush to get one any time soon. But then that changed when i popped into snooze and Carl was fantastic. I work in sales, and i was impressed with his salesmanship, professionalism, honesty and follow up calls, which altogether inclined me to purchase a mattress from him even though initially i had no real intent to get one any time soon.

Had a most satisfactory experience when purchasing two beds from Snooze Chirnside Park recently. Must thank Carl for his patience and humour despite being faced with a couple of clients that constantly changed their minds. Overall, pricing and service were very good.

Looking for a bed, had been a very big stress, worrying about things like what type and size you need is crucial. Although I have to say with the kind help from Lorraine, we found a perfect bed. Once purchased, it was delivered very quickly.

We wanted a non-standard mattress & Carl was extremely helpful, efficient, pleasant & professional. Some other providers just weren’t interested. Fantastic result.
