Had a very pleasant experience purchasing our new bed with Jacob - he was extremely informative, friendly and helped us choose a product that best suited our personal needs.

Good advice: If you are looking for good quality bed and good service. LEAVE NOW!

I called instore to confirm my delivery and called them 1-2 days pioir to the confirmation date as I didn't get the text message they mentioned. All they say is your order will come in on Wednesday on time.

Then I called them on Wednesday to check the order is coming because no delivery text message received. The manager in store called back say: "no delivery for you today as you didn't booking with us, and I don't know who you speak to but no delivery today. " They have no customer service, this manager is trying to push all responsibility top customers and he has a very bad autitude, I don't even know how he get the sales job as he has nagetive customer service.
In one word, not worth it to purchase anything from here. You will have a worst shopping experience.

Pushy Greedy Salesman the Dark guy with beard. More interested in making money than listening to customers. Hard to understand what he was saying. Bought the Same Bed Somewhere else for half the price. Rip off place

Jacinta and the team have been so good to us. We just renovated our house and there were so many difficult choices to make. They were very understanding of what was required throughout our home and flexible with their terms. A team that doesn’t hide behind their small print. Thank you guys

Having looked at other mattress options at other retailers I felt your professionalism helped us finally make a decision. I felt Snooze was the right choice for expert knowledge. Amazing service honestly.the store owner was amazing in giving me in depth info on what a mattress should feel like as it goes by weight and how it should be for me as a small person as it is a long term investment! She was really honest and i didn’t feel any pressure at all which was awesome, exceptional! 10/10

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE WITH A SMILE! From the moment my partner and I walked into this store we were blown away by the customer service. We were guided by excellent advice and recommendations and over a year on from our purchase we still remember the pleasant experience. I recently raised an after care request and the amazing service continues. Shout out to the lovely Donna who was as professional as she is friendly and knowledgeable. Donna has our request under way and nothing was too much for her or this store. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress. Thanks again guys you are simply AWESOME!

Shocked! Aggressive delivery man, damage to property! Do yourself a favour, shop ANYWHERE else.

I am so shocked at the treatment I received from Snooze Chadstone.
My friend needed me to be at her new apartment to receive delivery (she had a medical appointment), and I am so sorry to say from the moment I met the delivery men I was anxious and uncomfortable.

In short they presented as aggressive, uncaring, unaccommodating and very pushy. As a friend doing a favour and doing my best to get them easy access into the building, I felt huge regret and felt unsafe around these people. They actually damaged her new floor boards while bringing in the mattress. I cannot even understand how it could happen but with the amount of force I saw one of the men push the mattress (this seemed very excessive) and I heard a crunch and crack, to find that a massive splinter about 18cm long had been wrenched from the floor board.

I asked them to stop to see what had happened and instantly the men became incredibly defensive and rude. I had to call my friend to make sure she wasn’t far away so she could talk to them about what happens next.
After some discussion the men insisted on us paying them the $80 delivery fee and said “I’m actually the store owner and Snooze isn’t liable for your dodgy flooring. ”
These men were very intimidating and so rude, I can’t believe how we were treated and the damage that has been done will come at a significant cost to repair.

DO NOT USE SNOOZE. They don’t care about you or your belongings, they only care about getting a sale. For the cost of their products they should be using a reputable delivery service, not some dodgy, rude guy who claims to be a store owner.
I don’t care who you are but everyone deserves respect and they should have insurance to cover damage that they do to other people’s property and to the mattress too! The only thing so far they have offered to replace.

Shopping here cost us a whole lot more than a mattress.

DO NOT GO TO SNOOZE. It’s not worth it. I’ll be shopping at Harvey Norman in the future.

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to DONNA at Snooze Chadstone Warehouse.

We recently purchased a new Queen Madison Grand Deluxe from Jacinta at the Craigieburn Store and Donna organised the delivery to our home in Sunbury.

Due to COVID Restrictions deliveries are naturally more complex than they would normally be; however Donna went above and beyond to ensure our mattress was delivered to our home and placed as close as possible to our bedroom; without breaking any 'COVID RULES'

Donna rang on the Tuesday to confirm the delivery timeframe for the Wednesday. And unlike many other companies it was between 7am and 9am; whereas most companies have you waiting around all day. It was very efficient having such a small window of time for the delivery, especially if you have other commitments.

And the Delivery Fee of $80 was one of the most reasonable I have ever been charged.

When I explained that my husband had serious heart problems both she & the delivery guys could not have been more obliging.

They arrived on time and didn't leave until they were sure that the mattress was in the exact spot, ensuring it was not blocking access to other areas of the home, and that I could easily open the bag and spray sanitizer into it, as an extra precaution due to my husbands medical issues.

I really wanted to ensure both Jacinta, who organised the sale from Craigieburn and Donna, who organised the delivery from Chadstone, were aware of our gratitude and hopefully their management will see the Reviews I have posted; and commend them on their excellent customer service. As we are not from either of those areas, and we chose not to purchase our new mattress locally as we'd had poor customer service in our local area previously. And we had also found that the quality of another well known brand did not compare to the Madison Brand which we had purchssed many years ago; and unfortunately had not purchased last time as there were no Captain Snooze stores in our area.

We have learnt our lesson and will only ever purchase from The Madison Range from now on.

Thank you all once again for our amazing peaceful nights sleep. My husband says he can feel the improvement in his back already.

The on floor sales assistance was terrible, we were told an online advertised sale was not applicable when it should have been, they gave incorrect advice on pick up / delivery, which delayed our receipt of the product and then when we finally got it home they had given us the wrong product. Luckily they were speedy providing the correct item at that point.

Love the layout of Snooze! It's very inviting and there's lots to choose from. It seems a little daunting, but the staff is quite knowledgeable and helped me find the right mattress pretty quickly. Thanks Aaron!
