Called up earlier today to enquire about a pretty straight forward print job. 15 A4 pages, colour, bound, decent grade paper. I collected my print 30 minutes later.

I also called Officeworks earlier today. 4 attempts, nobody answered. Going via the website estimated 5 days delivery.

I know where I'm going every single time from now on. Also, speak to Craig at Snap.he's great:)

Requested for a large plan to be copied. It required some additional assistance in copying as the paper was larger than anticipated (A0). They were extremely helpful and professional in creating a quick, cost effective solution for me. Would highly recommend

Amanda, Ashleigh and Craig were all extremely professional and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Even under COVID-19 restrictions, they communicate clearly in a very timely manner, and get the job done very fast. They are patient and flexible with my needs for any print job. They were even dedicated enough to hand-deliver some flyers I needed urgently. I can't recommend them enough and I will continue to use them for my marketing material.

They tick all the boxes. Prompt replies, good quality and really reasonable prices. I had to print a small qty of postcards. When I shopped around I found that other companies would probably consider not worth taking leaving me with no replies and long waiting times. For Snap in Notting Hill no small order is too small for them. They provide exceptional customer service and highly recommend them and therefore they deserve a 5 star.

True professional service and products with honest product recommendations. The staff even go as far as to make pro-bono improvements to source media where needed. Overall there is a real feeling of relationship based business services being provided to the customer.

Amanda and the team are always helpful and on this one occasion, helped us with an artwork issue which meant that we still got what we needed on time! The quality is great and the end product is terrific!
