Awesome service - having already purchased some business cards on-line from an "advertised" Melbourne Printing business, I was appalled with the quality of customer care from their Philippines based Customer Service Centre. I needed the cards quickly for an event & I was told that I should have ordered the cards using their Express Service, which wasn't an option when I made the transaction - their standard response was 5 days. Given that I needed the cards within 3 days, my wife contacts Snap in Heidelberg & spoke to a true Melbourne based Printer, that demonstrated the good old quality of service that one expects from an "Australian based" business. The cards were fully designed, printed & read for pickup within 24 hours. I highly recommend Snap in Heidelberg & will be recommending them to my business colleagues, family & friends.
What an easy experience I had this morning! I walked in needing to print my engagement invites (with no idea of what I wanted) and both Mandy and Myles were a massive help. Everything was organised in 15mins and to a beautiful standard. Even went out of their way to print options for me to choose from. Great staff and fantastic printing quality! Can't to use them for future prints.
Troy & the team at Snap Heidelberg went above & beyond with service & supply. Soft copy & hard copy proofs nothing was too difficult. A great place for all of your design and print jobs!
The lady in the store (sorry I don't know her name) was FABULOUS! So helpful and just a really lovely person who was quite interested in my printing project. HUGE difference from the last company I used, who buggered everything up and was so difficult. I'll be back for my next print job!
