Went out of their way to print very small quantity for me! They were a lifesaver we required document printing and all other businesses were only click and collect

They managed to print a set of business cards the same day, after I sent the graphics late morning. All done with super friendly service and understanding. (And meanwhile they helped administer first aid to the victim of a road accident across the street! Wow!) Helpful advice regarding colour, layout, stock, etc. I will be going here with all my print jobs from now on, definitely.

What's worse, you should have realised that you were unable to do a satisfactory job with the images provided, yet you went ahead and printed (and charged me for) a substandard reproduction of the documents you were provided with.

Fantastic service, responsive and very helpful. I live in Doncaster East but because of the impeccable service I will use Preston Snap printing for all my printing and custom design work.

I'd like to express my appreciation of the team at SNAP printing Preston, and in particular Michael and Candi. Michael's willingness to take on a last minute job for our National Conference in Melbourne and have it delivered for me was greatly appreciated. I was the facilitator of the conference and being based in Sydney I was a little nervous about outsourcing a process that would have normally been finalised in house. Candi's phone manner and well scripted welcome was a delight to hear every time I called. This team and their high level of client service exceeded my expectations.

These guys saved my event - I had an urgent job and they delivered quickly and the quality was perfect.

Friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to get turned around same day. We've used these guys a few times and they have never let us down.

I phoned Michael and Candi in the late afternoon to see if there was any way they could fill my order before the event the following day.
They gave great advice, stayed back after closing time, and delivered my order to my door that evening.

I had the miss fortune of walking into snap Preston where I was greeted with a rude, glum faced, ‘no can do’ store owner’.

I’ve dealt with professional printers for many years and needed a quick print out of an important document for a meeting.

He flat out refused and said we only do large jobs at snap printing.
And he then walked off into the back room.

I was stunned and disgusted.

Absolute appauling service from a man running a ‘High street’ print ‘shop’.

I would not consider snap for any of my larger job based soley on the experience I had with this man and his store.

Go somewhere else if you want customer service and be treat like a human being.

Uploaded 2 A4 pages to be printed. No confirmation through email. Went there by person. Said they did not have time yet. I wanted to wait for them to be printed. I was told 10 AUD minimum as they do bigger jobs. So it is not true what is on the website - small or big. Btw during the time we were talking the job could have been done.
