I have been dealing with snap for the past month, they have been really fast with delivery, finishing jobs with attention to detail, offering more viable and cheaper solutions and provide amazing customer service.special shoutout to Charles who has been friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to know if they can fulfil an urgent print job, and was told to just email them. The call was rushed off and my query was not answered.

Why, would I call you in the first place? Wasn't listening.

I had been left with what I thought was an impossible task for a very tight turnaround print job. They were amazing! I think I probably called them 10 times as there was a lot of stress to get this job done and every time they were so patient and lovely. The print job was amazing quality and looked just like the expensive printers we had used in the past. Thank you to the team for accomodating such a last minute job:)

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Called up 5 days ago to get a quote for Poster and Menu printing for an upcoming event. I stressed to the guys on the phone that the request was urgent as the event was only 9 days away. I was promised to get a quote immediately, which didn’t happen. Called again the next day to follow up and was promised the same. Weekend went by and radio silence. Called again yesterday was told again that I’ll be receiving a quote immediately and again nothing. Clearly this business isn’t interested in looking after customers or making money.

We have worked with Snap Printing Prahran for our business forms, labels, signage, and many kinds of print marketing for over 10 years. The high quality, speed and cost effectiveness of their printing is excellent, and the staff are always fantastic to deal with. Their warehousing solution for our higher usage products has been great as well. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Snap printing for over 10 years. Their service is always amazing- prompt, responsive and understand what I need. I give Snap an idea and they do the design work. I am continually pleased with what they come up with- they understand the marketing impact that a brochures or flier can have.
I have also used them for design and printing clinical forms for use in a hospital setting. This is a complex process but Charles Locky in particular has a detailed understanding of the requirements, so it is more like working with a colleague than a company.

My printer made an error last minute and almost cost me my delivery. I contacted Snap Prahan and within 12 hours they had my design, cards, contact and email. It was perfect. They are professional and lovely and being a local business I was very impressed and will always now go back here to get all my printing works done. Highly recommend. Bravo!
