Snap Lilydale

Seems to have changed hands. I’ve been here many times over the years but now refusing to do basic print job if it’s under 100 copies. Good luck staying in business

I asked these guys to do the impossible and they literally moved mountains to make it work. Extremely professional and efficient. Amazing, will definitely be back.

During Co-VID I have used Snap Lilydale many times. So easy to contact via email and then job quoted, completed quickly and then able to pick up. Staff are so friendly and helpful too.

Han was terrific - timely in his responses, and really helpful in giving me the information I needed and getting my order sorted!

A1 colour plan was sent the night before and was ready by 9: 20am for pick up. One signature was required and I was in and out within a minute. Efficient, friendly and accommodating staff!

I wrote for a quote on their website but then they went ahead and made the order. They were apologetic, though this was a frustration as I was receiving other quotes and perhaps would not have ordered from Snap as I had previously ordered the same thing from them and it was a certain price, though with this one it was more.

I picked up the order and the quality was fine. Overall not the worst experience I've ever had but certainly not the best. Due to this experience, price and customer service I don't think I'll order from here again, I wouldn't recommend that you don't but keep in mind there may be communication issues.

Only print team i trust to get my projects spot on. Rachel is awesome.great head for design.worth the travel to ensure I get the right product first time

I cannot recommend the team at Snap Lilydale highly enough. David at Snap Lilydale has served me for over 7 years and cares about my business like he is a partner. I find this extraordinary given he has hundreds of clients just like me but I always feel he is more than a 'supplier' he has my back. Since he moved to South Melbourne he has left me in the very capable hands of Rachael who not only serves me with the same efficiency and friendliness but she is a fantastic designer so Snap is now a one-stop shop for all my design and print. The service, design and print is of an exceptional standard and if mistakes happen, which is rare, but it does happen usually because I am not clear, they always fix it straight away. Location helps, I am in a remote part of Australia (the Yarra valley) and they are half an hour away, but there have been times they have waited after hours if I am late dropping by or they have an ingenious system of leaving stuff in the toilet out the back! Which is perfect it means I can pick up my printing after hours and have a wee break! I can’t recommend them highly enough and I do all the time I have sent several local people to them.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Our business cards were redesigned and printed very quickly. Highly recommend Snap Lilydale.

The staff at Lilydale are remarkable. I often send my printing requests through overnight. They are ALWAYS printed the next day and/or by the time requested. They ring to clarify and to confirm when relevant. Great team there! Thanks from the Triscott Educational Services' team.

I have been using Snap Printing in Lilydale for a while now, they have been fantastic.
Excellent quality, reliable and fast service. You can just email orders to them, they have graphic designers on staff too.
