Amazing gym; it has a friendly atmosphere, well-kept clean facilities and the owner is always investing in upgrades and enhancements. The space next door is brilliant to use for off-machine exercises when there aren’t any classes running.

So happy I found a gym where everyone is friendly and encouraging, not at all intimidating like some others I’ve been to!

I've been going here for 6 months -> I'll give you 5 reasons why Snap Fitness Heidelberg deserves your money. (1) It's clean! All the machines are kept clean and fresh, I see the cleaner coming in most days, which is more than I can say for some gyms. (2) New equipment. Warren and the team are always re-investing in the gym and brining new machines in thanks to popular demand. (3) Friendly atmosphere -> it's all just regular people trying to improve themselves, not a culture of fitness influencers or gym bros. (4) Helpful staff -> in the past I've found certain gyms be very pushy or salesly when it comes to signing you up or letting you cancel but the staff have always been super easy going relating to all admin. (5) Separate work out space -> other than the machines and free-weights area, there is another room which is more open and you can do your own thing in with mirrors to check your form. Think box jumps, skipping, hanging knee raises, boxing and more.

Oh did I mention it's 24/7 access and it's great value compared to other gyms. So if you've read this far, go ahead and drop those coins!

Warryn was super welcoming - even though it was his day off, sorting out our membership in 5 minutes flat with our fitness passport. Brand new equipment arrived the next day - like it was waiting for us. Give it a whirl I say.

Great gym with some awesome trainers! Have two separate spaces to workout in and recently upgraded some of the machines. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been going to snap fitness for a little over a year now and I would never go anywhere else! The staff are extremely nice and welcoming every time you come into the gym and always help whenever you need! The gym is spotlessly clean and facilities and machines all working and great! This gym gives me a reason to work out and keeps me motivated along with the friendly staff who are always happy to hear what you have to say! Go give it a go! Trust me you won’t regret it!

Great gym, chill vibe. Staff is awesome and always willing to help.

Four stars cus sometimes they’re out of wet wipes/the dispensaries are broken which mean people just don’t wipe down the machines lol.

Overall though, as a chubby woman sometimes gyms are intimidating! Snap Fitness Heidelberg has always felt welcoming and comfortable for me. No one tries to make conversation with you either which is awesome

I have called soo many times but nobody ever picks up the phone.
I don’t even receive call backs and it’s just disappointing to see them not getting back to the customers

A clean gym, with a variety of well-maintained equipment, though that’s not all: helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable staff actually make exercise enjoyable. Remarkable, I know, but they’ve achieved the impossible!

Has everything you need in a compact space with a separate studio for group and personal trainings. Heavy bags for boxing sessions too.

Was only in Melbourne for 1 week and I found the staff at Snap Fittness to professional helpful and very friendly especially Walter who went out of his way to make me feel very welcome

Friendly staff and gym goers. Facility and equipment is new and clean. Not daunting like other gyms! Also has a separate space for classes next door.

A nice gym that is conveniently located next to the Austin hospitals. Have had some new equipment come in since I’ve joined which is neat. Staff are quite friendly.

Loving that this gym offers 247 access PLUS a full Group Fitness timetable at such an affordable price. The staff & coaches are friendly motivating & fun. Highly recommend.

After moving to the area I needed a new gym and after looking around I chose Snap Fitness 24/7 Heidelberg.
It's a great gym, has all the equipment I need and great trainers for when I need the extra push & freshen up my program.

I did a 3 day trial and was genuinely impressed.
Spacious gym, clean and a friendly environment
Had all the equipment you would need.

These guys were charging people during Covid when the gym wasn't even open. When I would enquire about being unfairly charged, they wouldn't respond to my calls or emails. It took a long time and I had to fight to be fairly compensated. I've been to another Snap Fitness that was run great, the manager was kind and helpful. These guys were taking peoples money when the gym was closed and refusing contact about it. Pretty horrible management if you ask me.
