I had a great experience at Snap Fitness Dandenong.
The staff were super friendly and ready to answer any questions I had about membership, training and how to use equipment. The gym itself is an incredible space to train at if you’re looking for an amazing community and a good range of equipment, especially since their recent renovation.

Very bad experience i had with them, i called them maney time to cancel my membership and stop taking my money but they are still deducting my money from my bank account. Never response to customer request and complain. I never recommend anybody to setup direct debit or onsale advertisement.

Great gym local to me where I have been able to get my fitness back on track through the engaging classes that are run there and by using the gym equipment. The staff were patient and encouraging when I was trying to learn equipment that I was unfamiliar with. Thanks a bunch!

Absolutely love this gym. All i can say is that this is gym has a real family-feel to it. The staff and other members are amazingly friendly and helpful towards each other.

One of if not, the best gym in the south-east. Was greeted with amazing energy and was helped through everything i needed specifically for my weight and size.

Would 100% recommend if you want to feel better about yourself, not just in terms of your workout, but also the people around give you a massive boost.

Very bad experience. We canceled our membership still they are deducting our money. Emails them many times still deducting. Never recommend anybody.

Friendly new owners, some equipment is dated/showing wear and tear. Bathrooms need renovation, regular cleaning. No group classes currently. Running low on lighter plates (2.5kg or 1.25kg). Leg press machine is uncomfortable to use.

After new management, the gym kicked into overdrive with completely revamping the entire gym and completely changed the atmosphere. When you join, you join a family of dedicated people who welcome you with open arms. The best gym I've gone to in my life. John and Emily really hit it off with the new management. Huge props to John for being the nicest manager in the world. A man the size of hulk with a heart of gold.

Will be totally honest! Been a member since 2014 and never felt great recently. The reason are the new owners.they have been super friendly and very supportive. Something that anyone would love to feel when coming to workout. Highly recommend joining Snap Dandenong and witnessing this beautiful couple looking after you. Cheers!

Very good, Emily my best friend is the most beautiful and friendly manager. John is always training people. This gym is the most fun.

I’m really disappointed in the cleanliness.

The first time I worked out there the place smelled, floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, machines were dusty. The toilets were filthy and the sink was blocked.

Second time I went thinking the first time was perhaps it was because it was a Sunday, was the same. I took my own disinfectant wipes and when I wiped the machine before using it… the amount of dirt and dust which came up was sickening. Floors were still unclean and very dusty again.

In a covid world, cleanliness should be a priority especially in a gym.
What was also concerning is children were in the gym. It’s unsafe for children to be in a place with heavy equipment and I do think it’s in the policy that children under a certain age aren’t allowed into the gym for that reason. These children looked under the age of 6.

I am now finding another, cleaner gym.

Was a visiting member of Snap. Couldn't say a lot about the customer service as I've only went there once, and had a brief encounter with the staff. They were really nice though. Thoroughly impressed with this gym, it's actually better than my home branch, which is not easy for me to say. The equipments are clean and well-organized. Racks and benches for days. Massive stretching/free space. Easy parking. Can hardly fault anything in regards to the facilities.

Amazing gym, i had the best experience.usually i'm nervous bout going to a gym, but the moment i stepped in the manager made me feel so welcomed and was super nice and communicating everything.sign-up process was super efficient as well.i would totally recommed this place!

Great facility, the club manager Janux is always willing to help me with my questions and training. Clean gym, really well equipped and I love the group fitness classes they have available!

Beware of the Owner (Mr. Shane), he easily can cheat anyone by getting you sign by saying this is just a company policy

Careful signing up here! Even if you cancel your membership, they will continue charging you and then claim that you never cancelled. Terrible gym go endeavour hills snap much better

Be careful for a guy called Janux he'll act all nice and polite when signing you up then he'll go out of his way to push you around and enforce rules on individual people he deems nice or polite because he thinks he can getaway with it, Rule of thumb don't treat these people with any generosity they'll mark you as an easy target, it's not our fault your a virgin

I went to check out this gym, walked out while "qualified instructor" was waiting for me in the office to rip, I mean sign me up!
