Worst gym went there for a year and now all of a sudden if u miss a payment they want to charge you 5 dollars more even if u try and pay it 5mins after failed deduction they put a fee on it horrible definitely changing gyms

I went to snap just a few days ago and enquired about memberships. The manager Jacqueline was amazing and super nice! She was able inform me of even the smallest details about joining the gym so I’m definitely ready to get back into working out!

Love the atmosphere in this club! Josh the manager is amazing and always up for a chat or some motivation on those of days

Not the biggest gym in the world and doesn’t have every piece of equipment I would like but it more than makes up for that with plenty of space between equipment and dedicated space for stretches and body weight exercises. The gym isn’t too busy which means you don’t have to wait for equipment all the time and the vibe is very friendly as you don’t get the undesirable types of gym goers like the gym next door.

PLEASE AVOID BEING SCAMMED.
Snap Fitness were still charging my credit card for membership during COVID lockdown so I chased Snap Fitness up about it where they agreed to refund me just under $100. It has now been 2 months and my refund is still no where to be found! I have followed up sooooo many times with the club and apparently the senior manager and CEO were contacted, but if that is true then it is simply so unprofessional to still have not received my refund after this long. I kept polite and patient until this review because I cannot fathom a company acting like this.

Really nice staff and spacious gym. Plenty of cardio equipment. Could do with a few more cable machines as they're taken a lot of the time.
Love the upstairs area for a quiet workout, not many people go up there so have it to myself most of the time which I love.

The only thing I'd really change is that the air con is up so high. It's hard to be motivated to go in when it's a freezing, rainy windy day and the air con is pumping on the highest setting. That is really the only thing I'd want different

Poor quality definition is No one at Snap fitness craigieburn care about quality specially cleanliness and that too when the world is going through a contagious pandemic. No one at the gym care about cleaning after themselves. And no seems to be caring on this major issue including management. The management is usually not there for the existing members. They are always busy taking onboard new members means business is booming for them. Also when the premises are unstaffed there are usually no cleaning wipes, No sanitising liquids etc.

Not profession defines that at the time of sign up advise was that you could leave anytime and no notice is needed as we are not locking you in to a contract. But when advised them of quiting membership a new 30 Day notice kicks in which never has been discussed earlier.

Poor Communication defines that after taking 2-3 members to them and making them a member they send messages that we will give you benefits when you bring more people in. I mean i just did in the last weeks. So they really mean business.

If you want a crowded, sweaty equipment then yes, This place is definitely for you. Go for it and i Wish you luck. But stay safe.

Do not recommend this gym at all. Be wary that they care about your wallet and not you.
Money making scheme where if you want to cancel your membership, you need to go through a "30 day notice period", where you'll still be required to pay every fortnight, even if you don't go to the gym. When asked what this 'notice period' was for, was given the reason that its for a change of mind, yet there's no avoiding it if you are 100% you want to cancel. You're quitting a gym, not a full-time job. Nothing but a way to suck money out of you.
The gym was OK with cutting opening hours during COVID, however weren't ok with cutting back membership costs? If other gyms in the area could stay open much longer during COVID, only reason i see that Snap couldn't was to save themselves some money from having to pay staff.
Gym equipment is also poor and lacks basic things (eg incline bench presses).

Very good fitness brand located alongside the road. Best fitness equipments at your disposal. Round the clock availability makes it an amazing opportunity. Easily accessible for all the travellers from different parts of the city. Easy access for all the wheelchair entrants.

One of the best gym in craigieburn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am member of the gym from last two years. The gym is very clean and tidy with all the machines at proper space.

This gym hands down has it all! Great facility with a fantastic variety of equipment which is always maintained in the highest order! The staff are amazing and always willing to lend a helping hand!

Great club, staff are super friendly. The new Manager Carla always says hey and goodbye. Very big club with lots of equipment and room. I never have to wait for a machine, even in peak hour. I am really happy training at Snap Fitness Craigieburn - Highly Recommend.

Its a good gym, not as big as what i have been to, some suggestions is to get a vending machine for food and drinks and get a boxing bag and boxing ball

Gym is usually dirty, toilets disgusting, members are disrespectful, the idea of putting something away must be foreign to most. Equipment that needs repair usually ignored. Do not reccomend, go elsewhere.

Very bad experience whilst I could not attend the gym. Even after notifying managers via email, phone and in person that I could not attend due to surgery and now recovery time they continued to debit my account. I also rang the head office and they said they would investigate and call me back with a response. Still waiting!
I would not recommend membership to anyone with SNAP fitness who seem to have there eyes on your bank account and not your health.

A great place to train. Extremely friendly staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Personal trainers always there with helpful advice.

Great gym, staff are very friendly and approachable, members and staff are always happy to assist when needed, wouldn't train anywhere else!

The management and staff were incredibly rude and did not help me in any way. I was abused by the manager and her friends to the point I had to contact the police. I'd really stay away from this place.
