Snap Fitness Camberwell 24/7

The excellent staff make this gym so much better. They are extremely attentive, friendly, and warm. The number and variety of gym equipment are more than sufficient. I definitely recommend it.

Been a snap member for a while but just moved into the area and this is a fantastic gym. A lot of equipment and very clean. Staff are friendly and equipment is well maintained. Great job

The person who work there is become.psychological and start ask me if I’m stressed because I just was ask him and he just laughed! Anyway this is not a gym this is living room. Has some equipment and not recommended anyone to go plus the person who’s work there poor and he’s fully confident that is the best gym in ever with 5 machine and some Dumbbell!

I’ve been a member at snap fitness for two years now. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. It’s a warm and family friendly atmosphere. I will be coming here for years to come!

Worst business ever, my card was expired and by the time the bank gives me a new card to be able to pay the fees, they disabled my gym card and still asking for $60 gym fee, and say they will go to debt collectors for this problem, what a petty for small gym to act this way for such a small amount and small problem. Happy I am cancelling my membership with them as there are many better offers and better gyms out there. If I could I would give them 0 star.

The team at Snap Fitness Camberwell have been nothing but supportive of my health and fitness goals since becoming a member, and they have done an amazing job at creating a community atmosphere at a metropolitan gym - something I can appreciate coming from the country. A great gym with fantastic facilities, and nice convenient location.

They are super honest and open about options for fitness in the area, well informed and lovely staff! Highly recommended:)

I’ve been going to Snap Fitness Camberwell since October last year, and choosing them over all the other gyms in the area was honestly the best decision I could've made.
The space itself is huge and there’s a great diverse range of equipment, that could cater to most (if not all) types of training, and the team at Snap is always willing to help, never failing to make you feel at home and welcome:)

On those days where you really have to push yourself to turn up to the gym, it is made so much easier knowing you are heading to Snap Camberwell. The gym is always clean with friendly approachable staff. One of the best! I am enjoying training here.

Incredible gym! I've tried many gyms and snap fitness locations throughout Australia, but Snap Camberwell has them all beat.

Fantastic range of equipment including countless squat racks, lying leg curl, and hack squat.

To top it off, the staff are great - wonderful company and really helpful. Shoutout to Dan and Andrew for running a great gym with great people and vibes

Always come here with my friends and it’s so much fun, really helps motivate me to workout.staff r super super friendly.equipment is great and u really get ur moneys worth with a membership because the atmosphere is just so positive so go get a membership.

I’ve been going to this gym for 18 months and have been very pleased with the quality and the environment this gym has. The equipment is always clean and broken equipment has consistently been repaired or replaced by new equipment. The staff are awesome and more than willing to help out.

Always clean, huge variety of equipment, members are friendly and Dan providing awesome customer service as soon as you walk in.

Changing my original 5 star review

Daniel was very rude and unhelpful. I called wanting to cancel my membership as I have not used it for close to a year. I tried calling the Glen iris snap but they would never answer their phone, I was calling inside business hours. After months of unsuccessful phone calls I forgot about the membership. I called today to cancel and spoke to Daniel, his tone and ego was not suited to his customer service role he is in. I was told I had to pay for 30 day notice period. WHATTT? I Tried calling you guys for 3 months! He also mentioned that I got emailed where my home club is but Camberwell didn't input my email address correctly on sign up, having this conversation with Daniel I am not surprised by their incompetence.
Daniel said if I can show that I tried calling Glen Iris he would waive the 30 day cancellation policy - anyone have any ideas on how to find a phone number on a bill from 5 months ago? Completely unreasonable!
