An awesome gym to workout at, with a great range of resistance and cardio equipment along with many added extras (e.g free wifi and TV's). Customer service is excellent, led by manager Shane who is always in for a chat and the personal trainers who give you any tips you need to improve your performance. Would highly recommend to people in the area.

Really enjoying my training here. The equipment is pretty good and it's an accessible location with plenty of parking. Being open 24/7 is really convenient too.
Great trainers. Secure card access. Open 24/7. Always able to train what you want, without having to wait for machines or weights.
