The instructor at the front desk had a very bad attitude. My friend, who is also a member, left his access card in the company and forgot to bring it over. I opened the door for him, and the receptionist pointed at me in a very bad tone and said, "If you do this again, I will fine you. " My friend also showed him gmail and he is a snap fitness member. He said he would fine me next time regardless of whether he was a member or not. I was so angry about this that I just left the gym。
It would be my fault if my friend was not a member, but he showed off that he was a member and accused me loudly.
There are many gyms in Port Melbourne try them & give this one a miss.
The staff lack empathy and professionalism. After handing over 5 of my friends' details and winning a prize then having the prize retracted because I was stuck in traffic is disgusting.
The whole principle of a referral program is to create an atmosphere that others want to bring their friends to, and this simply isn’t the case. I wish I never had joined, my friends wouldn’t be spammed with messages and I wouldn’t feel unwelcome in a place where I once loved going to.

One of the best gyms in the area, fully equipped for all but the hardest gym goer.
The only downside is the water fountain which is incredibly slow after months of continued use. I've asked the team to resolve the issue but so far it hasn't been resolved. Would also benefit from a 24hr vending machine for members, like most other gyms in that range have.
