The best GYM in the area, I cannot fault it. Management and along with the other staff are always helpful. Plenty of equipment that's well maintained.

Excellent GYM in the area if not the best, awesome management, staff are always helpful. With the recently small revamped it's always kept clean with plenty of equipment for way I need, it can get busy sometimes but that's a minor inconvenience just like all gyms). I can move on to another piece while waiting. The equipment is also well maintained. All other members here are easy going also

I have been with Snap Fitness Cranbourne West for 2 years now and have loved every part of this gym! Staff are amazing, vibe is killer and everyone is so friendly! Couldn’t imagine myself anywhere else! ️

Awesome place to train great equipment and the most lovely staff to deal with. The freedom to train where ever and whenever you want is a real bonus. I Just joined for 12 months up front, highly recommended.

Avoid getting a membership to this gym. They will send out debt collectors if you have not use a service you haven’t paid for. Very rude and inconsiderate. They have burnt there bridges with me as I may had considered rejoining later on. I will now reconsider the new Jet Gym behind Woolworths on Evans Rd in the future.

Love spending my time at Snap Cranbourne West. Staff are amazing and always so welcoming and the trainers are awesome too and always willing to help with techniques when needed. Love the variety of group classes too.

Staff member are very friendly and professional. Very clean environment. The classes is something I really enjoy! High recommend this gym.

Amazing facility.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. I really enjoy the group classes. The facilities are always clean and ready to go! Their social media posts always gets me motivated and it's so good to see that interaction. Highly recommended.

Love my gym. Bec and Jesse are great. Cheap membership. Love the bootcamp classes and boxing. Best gym in the area.

They only care about money.

Prior to lockdown, I was quite fond of this gym. However, in recent days, they have decided to suddenly start charging all accounts (under the justification of "an email was sent out") with the only exception being a WRITTEN request to freeze the account.

I understand that snap would have had a tough time financially over lockdown - but so has everyone else. There should have been a requirement to obtain people's permission in writing to continue paid membership, rather than the other way around. They also refused a refund. This is just a blatant money-grab, and it really shows the poor moral stance of Snap's management.

Zero stars, and good riddance.

Edit: they have no reviews for four months, then suddenly when I post a negative review, 3 five star reviews are uploaded within 2 hours. What's up with that? Smh.

So happy to be back in the gym. Staff were really understanding during all the lockdowns. Glad I kept my membership. Having some of my best workouts here! Love the space. Highly recommended.

Absolutely adore the staff! Very welcoming and comfortable environment to train in! Would 100% recommend to anyone of any fitness level!

And this is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of.

The gym manger ordell is by far the best bloke/manger I have ever met it truly feels like a family gym, the way he treats all the members and then the way he is with the kids of the mums who are training is second to none!

Please if you are thinking of joining a gym this is the place to be!

An amazing gym! Very friendly staff and owners, great personal trainers. Club is very clean and full of amazing good quality equipment, offers multiple group classes like boxing, HIIT, pilates. Very happy to be a member of this club.

The community spirit and support from staff and members is awesome! Doing the latest challenge, I have made new friends and connected with like minded people! #bestgymintown
