Amazing facility! Management and staff have done an excellent job with the gym having new equipment brought in and keeping everything clean and upgrading some areas around the facility having a nice new look for new and current members to enjoy their workouts in a safe and clean environment. Staff are extremely nice and greet and help any members in need of reaching their goals and what they want to achieve.

Amazing gym with super friendly staff who are always happy to help! Great range of equipment that's spaced out well. The members are really friendly and it never gets too busy! Personal Training sessions with Yogi are great, lots of support in achieving your fitness goals. Highly recommend:)

Staff members are super helpful, large range of equipment that is always clean and it is near a train station which makes it super accessible, couldn't recommend more!

Great gym overall! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Gym has a variety of equipments and great facilities. This was my first experience at snap fitness and would suggest it a 100% to others. Quick and easy to get your membership signed at the front desk.

Recently joined this gym, highly recommend! Very accessible, has all necessary equipment and the gym is in great condition. The staff are also very nice and helpful.

Great gym, new machines, nice people. Could use some more space for stretching and new yoga mats etc but overall pretty good.

Absolutely love this gym! The staff are absolutely wonderful and they have so many types of equipment:) 3 out of our 4 family members are now joined!

Keegan, the owner and the Personal Training team are very nice to deal with and always greet me by name.

In my job I regularly travel and visit other Snap Fitness Gyms nationally. I am yet to find a Gym that matches the Glen Iris gym for cleanliness, modern equipment, equipment layout and staff friendliness.

I highly recommend this gym.

The location and totally equipment of this place is very suitable for me. Especially that its 24 hour open, come and go whenever you like.

Spacious and well equipped. Easily accessible by public transport. Gardiner station and tram stops nearby.

Firstly why is there no ZERO rating here? First up scammed in with the $8.95 first month pitch. Then charged $84 per month afterwards. Was charged $77 at the start for the swipe card, which is not refundable. Then when I cancelled, they cited 30 day notice period so took a further two payments from my account. Honestly, no hope of ever getting me back. Would NEVER recommend this gym, ever!

The equipments in the gym are good but the management is terrible. They wont respond to emails and will not give any value for our time. I had to travel overseas due to personal stuff during COVID and hence I suspended my membership. After a while, money was deducted from my account and I reached out to the management to know the reason. They said, there were too many emails and before they could read mine, the debit was done and they will give me a credit for two weeks when I come back. It was not what I wanted but still I accepted it thinking of the COVID problems for the gym as well. Then two weeks later money was deducted again from my account and I reached out to them again. After following up too many times, I was told that the money would be transferred to my bank account. From then onwards I have been following up again and again and I till now haven't received the payment. The below screenshot shows around 31 email exchanges I had with snapfitness glen iris and every time I would get only the automated response message. I am not sure why you guys are not responding and why it is a problem to give my money back. It is very unprofessional to treat your members this way.

Well equipped, all the machines are virtually brand new. Got everything a proper gym should have. That means free weights and plenty of them. Even the music isn't totally awful. Probably too much vocal tho.

I have moved to the Gold Coast and really miss Snap Glen Iris. I miss the friendly and knowledgable people at this wonderful gym and there is plenty of equipment that is very well maintained. If I ever move back to Melbourne I will definitely rejoin! This is the best Snap gym I have seen, by a mile!
