Smoothline Dry Cleaners

A double thumbs down for this business, having just collected my immaculately cleaned tie from another dry cleaners - the one I was told they couldn't/wouldn't clean AND charged full price for the service. What arrogance.

Shockingly poor outcome from 2 visits. Never again. Twice told that food stains on articles can't be removed, but still charged full price! Both times instantly resolved at other (better) cleaners.
What's the point of taking things to be cleaned if they can't do it? If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don't waste your money folks.

Excellent customer service went the extra steps to help me out this afternoon to get my suit pressed even tho they had already turned off the steam.

Extremely poor service. Despite being advised not to use this business I gave them a go - very much to my disappointment. Regrettably they damaged my brand new trousers. I don't how, but they turned a navy pair red. Upon pointing out their error they turned it back on me saying it was my problem. I note that they also sell jam from their shop. Perhaps they should focus on this!

At first i was very pleased with the service but then when i took one of my jackets out of the bag after they cleaned it, there was an actual stain on the sleeve that wasnt there before so not happy especially since the jacket wasn't cheap.
