I had the most amazing experience getting a Lash Lift and tint with Fiona yesterday.
She was so lovely, so invested in providing her best customer care and I felt so well looked after both by her professional mannerisms and her ability.
In comparison to the last lash lift and tint I got at smooth&tan, I would highly recommend Fiona. Unmatched.

I booked this appointment from a different state. I arrived for my evening time slot and was greeted by a friendly staff member. She was very professional and quick, and made me feel at ease. All I have to see now is how happy I am over the next week with my spray tan! Fingers crossed for a happy result!

I have very sensitive skin and every other place i’ve been to I react badly, but I always come back here because of the amazing therapists and I never react to their wax!

Both my partner and I got spray tans here (done by two separate people) as a trial for our wedding. We now both have really uneven tans with no care taken with lines around wrists, feet, etc. My fingers look like they have lots of freckles rather than any sort of even colour. Really disappointing tan overall.

The girls are so professional and attentive. I go every Saturday and there is never complacency. I feel totally comfortable and extremely well looked after.

I am not happy with my eyebrow shape and the final tints! When I left the salon my eyebrows looks good but now see the photo of my eyebrows $25 for eyebrow tint which gone on 24h.

I had a great time today, very professional staff I will definitely be going back, love my eye brows

This was the best experience I have had with a spray tan! The girls were so friendly and kind and explained things really well. The color was lovely and I will be re-booking again very soon.

I had a delux mani and express pedi eith Shari-Rose and she was a delight. Lovely service and she was happy to let me have different colour nails.

Worst service ever. Unprofessional staff.
Did my shellac nails today and it looks worse than normal nail polish and had to pay $50 for the worst service.

This is the second time I have been to see Jade in 2019. I have had a Brazilian, plus a back wax and bum cheek wax twice. Jade is very friendly, no nonsense, fast and very particular. It’s been simple to book, appointments were on time, the room is clean and the results were great. Thanks Jade.

I just saw the new injectables nurse Victoria and I'm very impressed with her knowledge and with how gentle she was. Great results! I will definitely be back:)
