I ordered on a Tuesday and the food was amazing for a pizza chain! Like usually we know ordering take out on a Tuesday means not so good food, but they did not disappoint

Best pizzas in whittlesea.delivery was on time.it’s good that they are open during festive time period.

A lot of excuses as to why my food was 25 mins slower than told, but not much apology. Previous management were much more efficient. Won’t be going back here again.

2 staff working their butts off, one doing a really good job at wearing his shoes out walking around doing nothing then upon leaving went to socialise with his boys outside.

Offered a free drink, sorry my time is worth much more than a drink. Would have been happy with my meal being on time.

Order wrong again, lost count of how many times this has happened.
3 free pizzas as order was wrong, after 2.5 hrs waiting went and picked it up as wouldn't answer the phone.

Thick crust pizza, nice, tasty and fresh. The parmas are awesome with great chips. Big serving too.

Pizza is nice but could be hotter. Prices good. Service ok. Bit slow, as we were the only people in there, took a while. But the chips. Some hot some cold. How? Why put spices on them. Shouldnt it be my choice. I dont like spices or herbs. But we dont understand how some chips were hot and others cold and rubbery. Clearly some had been sitting there, then got mixed in with our hot chips. So keep this up, and watch how quickly you go out of business. Always, always, always serve fresh hot food. Your customers will return again, and again. But not for cold rubbery chips. Hope the message gets through. Shouldnt have to be told. Its not something you should be doing at any cost.

An hour wait before 5pm on a Thursday night! This is the 3rd time we have waited for an hour for pizza! Each time it has been blamed on the driver and traffic! We live just around the corner! We have been regular customers for over a year now but no longer! We will try another pizza shop in Whittlesea now!

Great customer service followed by great tasting pizza and pork ribs! Perfect end after a day at funfields. Highly recommend.

They are amazing, the way they cook i like alot, i always prefer to order from them because they have magic in their hands to make pizzas always yummy. Staff is soo good, respectful nd helpfull. Appreciate to the manager she is soo down to earth very helpful, and always speakes polite and she makes very yummy pizzas always
