Hands down the greatest vape supply shop in Australia, love their vape juice and the drive to get it is worth it.

The shop is dodgy to say the least. Don't buy any vape juice from them as most of the liquid is not the original brand, they are clones from China. They are also way over priced for their vape devices. I recommend to avoid them at all costs.

Saved us $500 a week on smokes since the guys in-store got my partner on a vape and taught him how to use it.

I have been a regular customer here and thought it was a great shop for all my vaping needs until I was given wrong information by 2 employees about a faulty product that I was sold.
During point of sale I was told they have a full refund exchange policy which i also saw in these reviews. I then had to bring the product back in 3 times and felt humiliated. I had shown the product was obviously faulty the second time in 100%.
I was given lame trivial excuses that countered the research i had done with the staff prior and what was clearly wrong.
Do not understand why I had to be put through that when even the guy who sold it said it was not the first faulty return of that product.
They did everything they could to get rid of me without any help and i basically had to go in and demand my money back. Not going back after all the cash me and my mates have blown on vapes, liquids etc. Etc.

Friendly staff that love a bit of banter, bloke working was very helpful and didnt rush us at all ended up buying a few things because of the value for money, must have some very good wholesale sellers. I wouldn't recommend this to be your only smoke shop stop in ballarat as it doesn't have everything but you would be mad to leave without at least ducking in for a look

Would give more if I could. The lady helped me with my vape multiple times even after I was annoying

This shop is wicked good, they stock an excellent variety of goods that are above par in quality and their prices are excellent and staff knowledge and style of service is priceless.

Liz was fantastic very knowledgeable about her products. Good clean tidy store with lots of wonderful gift ideas.

So much smoking paraphernalia like bongs (poured) kerosene lamps (puff pips) thought weren't able to sell them

Sells vaping stuff but some staff (not all) seem disinterested and not knowledgeable about what they sell.
