I came here a few times when i was a dumb 17 year old. This was before i found out that i bought several pieces for twice the retail price! Save yourself the money and buy the product directly from the online supplier. Never again. I wanted to say the people working there were nice but now i literally see why.

Recently purchased a Volcano from Smoke Dreams and was so impressed by their customer service. I believe I dealt with the owners (or great staff) who were super accommodating and made my purchase way easier. Will visit their physical store when I can. Definitely made me a long term customer.

Insane pricing. I paid $100 for a dab rig only to find out it was smaller than my palm. These tiny rigs come from china for about $6 each, outrageous. Literally extortionate. Large quality rigs can be purchased whole sale for about $30, charging $100 for that would be acceptable and give the customer a good product. Charging them a $100 for a barely usable tiny piece of glass is just cruel.

Not worth my time. If you're into funny smoking stuff, this is the place. However I was looking for a new vape and juice and nothing, just some poster on the wall with only 2 items having prices next to it.

There's a guy that works there and is absolutely rude. The other staff member whom was female was fine. If you want a friendly and cheaper place, go somewhere else. Their stuff here is overpriced as well as the horrible and unfriendly "customer service".

Friendly, and helpful staff. And good music is always played, so that's nice. Very relaxed environment

Everything is so overpriced and many of the staff members are polite but bluffing their way through product knowledge.
So just save your money and shop online.
