Our real estate agent arranged for our smoke detector testing to be done. The gentleman that came to our home was very friendly, professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing, why it needed to be done and seemed like an old fashioned, honest service. Removed old very expired detectors and installed 2 new ones. Also suggested how we could improve our safety with other positions to install other detectors. Didn't try to push any extra sales. Very happy.

I rang Jaime to install 4 Smoke Alarms In my house as I thought the alarms weren't working properly. As requested I sent a photo of the inside and outside of my Alarm to Jaime who advised my Alarms did not need changing as they were only 4 years old.
