These guys are extremely knowledgeable, when I called up about my LDV T60 Max they were pretty quick to help me get a quote and price on a Lift, UHF, Bar and an Idrive. Michelle and Jake are super friendly to talk to and are always willing to help find products.

Just had a bit of camera wiring done. Reasonably priced. Very neat job. Jake was super helpful and accommodating.

Gem of place, prompt and good service. Easy to deal with, happy to answer any questions. Will happily deal with again.

Total legends over there at Smithies, they handled my brand new Dmax Xterrain faultlessly. The installed a 2” lift kit and looked after the Ute like it was one of their own cars. They had it for the exact time they said they would and it was all done perfectly. Rides like a dream and looks mint. Can’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely amazing service, had sidesteps and rails installed yesterday and while they were doing it they called and said my bar wasn’t installed correctly and was missing 2 main brackets, they went out of there way to move it into its place and make it look way better. Even though they didn’t have to they made sure I was aware of the problem and told me how to get it fixed. Outstanding work legends

Got a new front bar and GVM upgrade kit fitted to my Suzuki Jimny and the team at Smithies had great customer service. Barry and Ashley were there to help at any time if I had any questions, queries or problems. Definitely the place to go for Ironman 4x4 products.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience with Smithies. They don't understand customer satisfaction is everything. When questioned on it I was kept waiting for a response for 1.5 weeks and then needed to remind them I'm still waiting. If I wanted any discount because of my poor experience I would need to purchase from them again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
I would advise everyone to go elsewhere if you want Ironman equipment. Very poor management! Very poor customer service!

Had a bullbar with parking sensors fitted to my amarok and several other things. Had a problem with the parking sensors going off all the time. It took a couple of visits but they persisted with adjusting them till they were working properly. They were good to deal with and i would recommend them to anyone

If i could give 0 stars i would.costumer service was appalling.i went in there with my family for about 15 minuets and the 2 guys behind the counter did not even get of their seat to ask us if we needed help.we stood at the bullbar section for quite some time and still no service.we just brought a brand new 200 series landcruiser, so congratulations on losing over 10k we will be going elsewhere.could not believe that out of the 3 men in the shop not one of them spoke to us and they weren't busy we were the only people in there.in reply: it was around 10am last saturday the 21st

Great place they have a good stock level and the showroom is well set out with anything you could think of wanting, Michelle was really helpful and sorted out what I needed with ease. Highly recommend as I will be going there again for my next upgrade

Great knowledge of all things 4x4. Just had out landcruiser suspension upgraded and I'm extremely happy with it!
