Kyle was taking care of a table we use for production, after a request to fix up the table and add a few extra things, we where heavily over charged and the quality on the upgrades did not match the table, once the table was delivered it came still damaged and not assembled, when requested that someone come out and put it together he hit me with the "yeah for $350" I laughed and asked if he was joking, shouldn't the furniture come assembled? I proceeded to call and text Kyle but was never met with a call back or message back, in the end I paid a carpenter on air tasker $100 to put it back together and touch up a few missing things which took him 20 minutes.

All and all my experience with Kyle was not good, I fell ripped off and left stranded, I would not recommended them for a job and I feel like you could find a fairer prices and more responsive company else ware.

Kyle designed a custom freestanding wardrobe for me based on my preliminary design drawings. Kyle worked with me to understand the style I was after, did a preliminary design and identified the wood types that would be optimum. He was extremely professional to work with and spent a lot of time ensuring that we were both happy with the finished product. I couldn't be more thrilled and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smith and Thomas to anyone looking for custom designed furniture.
