Came here for accessories for my new bike, had no knowledge about bikes and I think the staffs name was Jack? He was extremely friendly and helpful. Was honest about what was necessary and didn't try to upsell despite being a newbie. Will definitely come back here in the future!

Spacious store with wide range of bikes and accessories. Efficient, honest staff, not to mention well staffed. Greeted and looked after promptly every visit.

Recently had a bike basket fitted and it meets all my needs, (top quality products, was fitted promptly and at a very good price). Staff were also able to help out with a quick little niggle on my bike, free of charge.

Great location - well worth the cycle just moments from North, West, the Yarra Trail or CBD if you ever need anything done well, promptly and at a very fair price.

Cannot fault the place! Will return, and recommend to friends.

The service here is absolutely excellent. I never (of very rarely) write reviews but I had to for these guys. Brought a bike in that I didn't buy here and they were super efficient, helpful and I felt they were doing their best to ensure I got value for money. The repairs were excellent. I could never expect this level of service from where I bought my bike in the first place. Highly recommended for repairs as well as purchases (I've bought here before too - and would recommend them for this also)

I recently purchased a Scott Speedster Gravel 10 from Smith Street Cycles to replace my old commuter bike. Jamie was fantastic in his knowledge of the product & his customer service. They are very competitive on price and their after sales service is fantastic. My bike was ready to pick up the next day and Jack spent a lot of time ensuring that it was correctly fitted for me. I honestly can't recommend Jamie, Jack and the team enough, they are warm, friendly and very helpful. Keep up the great work guys!

Fantastic sales staff. Absolutely no pressure and just concerned we got the right bike in the right size for our 16yo son. Allowed me to accompany him on another of their new bikes on his test rides. Even provided us with suitable helmets. They showed us respect and professionalism that you do not see often these days. I look forward to returning soon to update my own bike now that I have found a bike store I am completely comfortable with.

I initially had an issue with the way that my bike servicing was done, but I was taken aback by the professionalism and willingness of Smith Street Cycles to resolve it and make sure that things were ultimately made right.

From my point of view, they were active and humble with their response to an oversight in communication, doing everything they could to ensure that I left a happy customer.

My bike may look a little worn, but after the service it now works almost as well the day I bought it.

I had trouble finding a part for my Ortlieb panniers. Despite the fact that it was worth very little, these guys bent over backwards to ensure that I got what I needed. I will not be shopping anywhere else for bike stuff.

Great advice, price and helped with a last minute xmas gift. Where many other stores nearby were unhelpful Smith St Cycles were great

I've been coming to these guys for years. They offer fantastic service at good prices. Some really friendly people work in there.

Good to see the guys and girls from Smith St Cycles (who sold me my Specialized Epic) are still going strong. I hadn't yet seen the new store but the friendly advice and reasonable service prices are why it remains my go-to bike shop.

Bought a bike here 2 years ago, service is always very good.if I've needed any small repairs on the bike i got from them they will do the work there and then and at no charge (e.g. Once the screw holding my pannier rack snapped off, they got the rest of the screw out which was a bit fiddly and replaced it good as new).

Great service and advice without the spin you get from some shops. This is the second bike I have had a 32t cassette installed on.

Fitted ceramic rim only brake pads when i went in for a service, destroyed my aluminium wheels, not impressed
