Smith Eye and Ear Solutions

I have been fortunate enough to been a patient of Smith eye and ear for the last 5 years after removal of a tumour on my right side I lost all hearing on that side making life difficult considering I have impaired hearing on my left side. I have worn hearing aids for many years prior to my surgery unfortunately my prior audiologist couldn’t help me after the surgery. Fortunately I found Smith Eye and Ear in Moonee Ponds were I met Lachlan Smith who over assessing my needs patiently tried many specialised hearing aids and Bicros aids that took much patience and perseverance until a fantastic result was found. I can’t thank Smith Eye and Ear enough for magnificent treatment and service. I so happy with the ongoing service they are my optometrists as well and give great service and prices. Jeffrey was meticulous in listening to my feedback on wearing the devices and made adjustments to them to provide me with a more comfortable and improved performance. With six monthly reviews in place I am confident that my hearing loss is well monitored and my hearing aides are providing me with the support needed for compensate for my hearing loss.

They have been working very well but a minor adjustment from Jeffrey Pang today and they are even better. Excellent experience having my hearing aids fitted and adjusted and getting my eyes checked as well. Lachlan is lovely to deal with and patient and understanding. I wish I found him 2 years ago.
