Upsellers providing services you dont even need. Wife so traumatised by their ineptitude that she is struggling to even contemplate going to another dentist to fix up the mistakes made by this practice. Overpriced madness. Be careful of these reviews.

The customer service team is amazing. I don't go to dentist but if you speak to reception you feel so welcome. Amazing team with loads of smile and warmth.

So impressed as soon as I walked through the door. Starting with the receptionists, everyone was so friendly and lovely which made us feel very comfortable. Our dentist, Palak, was very kind and understanding, happily answering all questions as well as her assistant, Ashley, who was so wonderful with my daughter and helped calm her.
We will be making SimleWorks dental Doreen our family's Dentist ongoing.

I can't thank Dr Scott, nurse Dimi and the lovely team behind reception enough. I needed an emergency appointment after a horrible fall that did severe damage to my teeth. The team did everything they could to get me in and Doctor Scott and Dimi went above and beyond to work through my injuries. I have a very big fear with Denitists but felt at ease knowing I had such an amazing and caring team looking after me. I will be forever grateful to Dr Scott and the team! Highly recommend Smileworks, you won't find a better team anywhere else.

Palak looked after my daughter for her first proper dental appointment. She was incredible, made the appointment so engaging and fun and I've never seen my daughter respond so well to a health professional! She's already asking when we can go back! Thank you Palak for making it so stress-free and the sweet gift at the end. Highly recommend Palak for children!

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a happy, smiling face and you’re instantly put at ease. I normally hate the dentist but this clinic and staff members were wonderful. Looking forward to returning in the future.

I’ve been putting off going to the dentist for years because of fear and I honestly think if I found SmileWorks sooner I wouldn’t have put it off! Everyone was SO kind, patient and understanding. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a long time and the staff have been very welcoming and understanding. Palak has done a fantastic job getting my teeth clean and helping me to keep them clean and healthy with plenty of tips and recommendations for things to do at home. Palak has been amazing and is so friendly and caring I would definitely recommend her

Absolutely love going to the dentist (weird, I know). I don’t feel like SmileWorks is trying to juice money out of me, I trust their advice and always feel great after my visit. My OHT Palak is so great, I see her every six months and we always pick up from where we left off- I don’t feel like just another patient at another dental clinic.

Dr Akansha and nurse Dimi were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond in care and professionalism. I have always been scared about going to the dentist but I think I have found my new dental clinic thanks to them.

I would recommend anyone to come here for friendly and professional service.
