I absolutely recommend Smiles Solutions. My children actually love to visit the dentist because of smiles, we continue to have to a wonderful experience every time we are there regardless of their teeth being cleaned or seeing the Orthodontist. All aspects of staff and services are impeccable. We travel from East Gippsland to Melbourne specifically to see the team at smiles solutions

Couldn’t be happier with my visits to Dr Rojina, the clean and dental work were great and I appreciated how up-front both the treatment and costs were. Admin staff were so friendly and it doesn’t hurt that the building is stunning too.

Be wary. They do a good job, but it is extortionate with pricing and borderline malpractice with recommendations.

A consultation - they didn't touch a tooth - cost $630. X-rays, photos, advice, sure. The advice was to do over $6000 worth of dental work.

I was spooked and got a second opinion.

My old dentist was stifling her astonishment. Two recommended procedures she said she would only do on children. The other two she said were completely unnecessary. And the last one she would would do for $300, rather than the $1000+ Smile Solutions quoted.

So be careful.

I have been coming to this practice for over 4 years. I have had a complicated dental history and it’s great to have a wide variety of specialists on site and I don’t need to repeat my history at every appointment. I have had an implant, crown replacement as well as a tooth removed and ongoing treatment for a number of other issues that went undiagnosed before attending this practice. The service is excellent, they are all at the top of their fields and only want what’s best for you, the patient. I also have BUPA cover and they are a nominated provider so I am generally not out of pocket much, if at all. They also have payment plans, which I have also used once for my implant procedure. All in all, an excellent one stop shop for all your dental needs.

Have attended Smile Solutions for a number of years now. Have less dental problems since going to Smile Solutions. Dr Sherry and the hygienists I’ve seen care about their clients and spend time explaining things. Thank you for your professionalism.

Always a pleasure to visit Smile Solutions. Everyone and everything is great (apart from the lifts. Haha— the lifts do give a heritage touch). On top of their quality of care, they also see you as a mate. Visiting dentists can be daunting but going to Smile Solutions feels like a spa day. They should honestly start offering refreshments considering the premium that they charge.

Smile solutions have the best dental hygienists and dentists I have ever seen. They were really understanding of my long held anxiety of seeing the dentist, and the staff put me at ease.
They set me on a treatment plan and now I have started to even look forward to my appointments; as my home care has become excellent.

Sometimes you see pets oddly excited to see their vet clinic leaving one to ponder that must be one amazing vet.

Well Smile Solutions has the same caring attitude on the human dental medical scale.

No matter what dental work needs doing on my teeth the team are always incredibly patient and kind. For anyone with Trigeminal Neuralgia or other pain related conditions, this is certainly a dentist practice I would recommend.

Dr Amina is a lovely person who knows how to treat nervous patients and does a great job. She's very caring and gentle. Highly recommend her.

Good customer service, a beautiful old building, and friendly dentist and nurses, but if you are on a budget, don't go here- their service is expensive, and you can find a more affordable dentist.

Been visiting the clinic since 2012 as regular patient (for regular teeth cleaning, check up and dental care) If there any problem they handle it well and fast with feedback within their team. They are always punctual with appointments, pleasant to deal with, and always check back to me as patient with dental health after treatment. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, recently i look after by Oral hygienist Denise Ignacio and Dr. Amina Barucija both is professional and caring.the clinic is always clean, luxury and organized. 5-star clinic and service, highly recommended.

Great dentists, but currently standing out as one of the few healthcare settings in Victoria where non-dental staff ignore the mask rules (current rule: ‘…visiting hospitals and care facilities, and indoor areas at other healthcare settings such as allied health settings…’). An approach which is either progressive, or frustrating as hell, depending on your perspective.
