As a Chinese person, I would have to say that this place makes quite authentic Malatang. I enjoyed all the soup flavors that I had so far. All the soup flavors are rich and tasty. The family business reminds me of the typical hard working Asian family! I and my partner come here quite regularly. I am so glad that there is a place like this in my local area. Supporting the local business!

If you haven't tried hotpot before, i highly recommend this place for your first experience. They have really flavoursome broth choices. You choose your ingredients, think like subway, but you make your own noodle+meat soup.
They cook the ingredients really well, not like other places that overcook my seafood till it's rubber.

Delicious food, fresh, nice and clean. Better than those big brands in the city.

Had one of those soupy noodles that has been very popular in Melbourne lately. You help yourself to whatever you think you like to try or eat. Comes in different soup flavors. Its quite good. Staff very accomodating and friendly. She even offered her special Chinese tea for us. Will be revisiting very soon!

I had the medium spicy soup and it was really good. Looking forward to trying the level 3 spicy soup!

I recently discovered this place. I know it is quite new but I was away and this is on my home street. The moment I saw I wanted to visit. I had initially suspicion that it was empty.

I was in very great surprise. Ingredients are all very fresh with great combinations like oyster mushrooms, shitake, razor clams, bamboo, our whatever you can imagine. Also every visit I am finding new ingredients.

The owner mentioned whoever visits once comes back again and no doubt. I have already been here four times.

Great value and really tasty.

Just be careful, curb your appetite, you may end up with a huge bowl. The owner will let you take out your leftovers.

I can't say its bad but there is a lot of room for improvement in other to stand out your market. Everything was kinda cold, notice this please. The smell and taste are not very authentic yet.

Loooooved it! Super fresh ingredients and reasonably priced. You pick your ingredients and everything is cooked fresh for you which makes it super easy and not stressful. Friendly staff. Will absolutely come again.

Yammy！Hot pot located in the main st. The best pickled cabbage soup I have eat in Mel. Clean environment and a wide range of choose. Highly recommend to everyone!

So excited to see this hot pot restaurant opening in Ascot Vale! They have a good selection of fresh ingredients and delicious broths to choose from. Service was awesome too!

The food was fresh and healthy, the taste was delicious and the proprietress was very nice. This is especially good whether you're alone or with family or friends.

Such a cute place with a great range of ingredients and great base soups. I love a bit of spice but starting mild was a wise recommendation on their part haha

Great food! Veggies are very fresh and so many varieties to choose from. Love sliced beef and noodles, so so yummy! We chose about 15 or 16 types of veggies, meat and seafood, Only $20 per person! Definitely come back again! Go for Sichuan spicy, you can handle it, hahaha! Highly recommend!
