I can not thank the 3 Amazing ladies that were at the store on Monday my daughter had a blood test in the morning and was so petrified, that I said if you get it done you can get a reward… After a good 40 minutes of crying and screaming we eventually got it done. We went to smiggles to get her something.
My daughter and Myself had an amazing time the staff were soo compassionate and helpful like we were playing in the store. Thank you lovely ladies for putting a SMILE back on my daughters face.

We went to this store this morning with our 2 young kids so they could spent their Christmas vouchers. Store was well presented and well stocked. Staff member, Tori went above and beyond to ensure the experience was a great one for our very excited children! Thank you!

I went to this store to exchange a bag which is faulty but one of the male staff there was so rude to me, almost shouted at me and didn't exchange the bage because I didn't have the receipt! Whilst was told you wouldn't need a recipt for a faulty item by another staff member. Wouldn’t buy anything again and I recommand you do the same

Told me they will get new stocks after Easter. When I arrived, not at all. Staff no customer service, just playing mobile.very disappointed.

Great shop but very small and always so busy that you feel like a packed sardine. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and super helpful. Can be rather expensive.

Lotsa stationery items sold here and customer service is very good where the ladies are very helpful and happy. Prices are fairly reasonable and there's specials all the time. Only downside to this store is that it's fairly small and due to the large amount of items displayed and stocked in there, there's barely any space to move around. Other than that, will definitely be back.

Their collections are always fabulous. My girl loves it.we would highly recommend smiggle to our friends.

Usually go there to get school stationery and gifts for my family and friends. The staff is also very kind and extremely helpful. Possibly the reason that we visit the place over and over again.

Great store for school kids they love to buy stuff from them but some of items are overpriced. They should have some clearance section to make kids happy.

We found gifts for the princess. The three for two sale was handy and the guy running the store was helpful and funny. They've got a selection of craft, bags, watches, drink bottles and toys. The stock is aimed at the lovers of sparkly things, unicorns and friendly fluffy monsters.

On the 24the Xmas eve I went and purchased things for my kids from the store and because the store was so busy I happened to forget the things I purchased in the store and didn't realised till I got home and the store was shut by then, I went back today boxing day hoping it'd be there waiting for me, I went in the store asked one of the staff then she got the manager for me Rochelle was her name so I explained to her that I purchased things on the 24the and left them had no receipt on me but showed on my bank statement that I did purchased things on that certain day she looked for it in the store wasn't there she phoned the staff who were working that day no one answered but she was able to understand to help me after all she collected exactly what I had purchased from the shelves and hand them to me I was surprised she trusted me and that just made my day the fact that this is what had happened even when she wasn't in the store she still find a way to resolve the situation.
