6Emily Hibble is the best smiggle worker she is so helpful and honest for all the customers. She let me know the lunch box options and what items were on sale and checked the price for an item for me. She makes this small stall feel very welcoming
Christmas Eve. Friday night. Need a gift for my daughter. Found it online. Called store and verified the advertised closing time of 6pm. I arrived 5: 45pm. See roller door already down. Spoke to shop assistant who was unwilling to conduct a transaction. She said 'we always close 15 minutes before closing time', and wasn't able to let me make a purchase even though it was 5: 50pm, and they don't close until 6pm.
I wasn't able to get the Christmas gift.
I understand that a store should be free to close whenever they choose. But
please advertise your ACTUAL closing time.
Bright, tempting but expensive displays! Didn't have what I wanted for a 7yo girl, though.
I recently visited Smiggles store in Westfield Geelong to buy my niece a variety of birthday gifts. I was in a mad rush and the store assistant was really helpful and efficient and quickly assisted me with the gifts that I needed. I didn't notice that I had accidentally left a unicorn watch behind and only noticed it was missing when I had already arrived home.
I called the store the next morning and Emma the store assistant had confirmed that i had left the gift behind. As I was unable to go back to collect, she graciously offered to drop it off to my house and hand delivered it that afternoon! I am so thankful and grateful of the helpful staff at Smiggles and there 5 star service. THANK YOU again for the fantastic customer service.i will be back to shop in your store soon!
Waited 20 minutes past indicated opening time on a Wednesday (10am) but no-one showed up to open the store. Head office doesn't take phone calls.
Such a shame as i came to Westfield at 9 just to get a pencil case from there and my 3 yo got very frustrated by the end.
