Bottles that broke after 3 months.
No drama no questions except “i hope we have this in stock still”.
My 8 yo daughter was overjoyed that her favourite drink / spray bottle was replaced within minutes.
Respect to to the Melbourne central staff who made our day.

I have been waiting for my order for 3 months. When i followed up with customer service they indicated that the package could not be delivered and was returned to them. I asked them to confirm the address that the package was sent to. The package was labelled with the incorrect address. They refunded the cost of the order but I still had to pay for shipping. Before processing my credit card, they required a copy of my drivers license with my address which is my current address. So I basically received no product (Smiggle received their product back) due to a labeling issue, and I was charged for the cost of shipping. The customer service rep declared that he understood that this was frustrating but there was nothing that they could do. Why would I ever buy another product from this company. They totally scammed me. Be aware when ordering from this company.

Saw ariana grande in this store and asked for her autograph when i was tackled to the floor by the store manager who said he wanted her autograph first.my brain haemorrhaged and i ended up in ER and didn't get the autograph. The erasers smelt good though
