Had a really unfortunate experience at the Highpoint store. Young children including my 7 year old sister, were being told off and yelled at for simply PICKING UP an item off the tables by manager Jeanette. She proceeded to ask them “how much money” they had so she could find something “in their budget to purchase”. She told them if they weren’t going to buy anything they needed to leave as the store “is a business and we’re here to sell stuff”. The kids did nothing wrong and were only having a look, they were not mucking around, not being loud and disruptive and were very uncomfortable and scared. Was extremely rude and her behaviour was disgusting. However when we returned to the store to make a complaint the two staff on shift were very understanding and helpful. From someone who works in retail, no one should be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner ESPECIALLY children who are doing NOTHING wrong. Smiggle needs to review their positions in charge at their stores and reconsider who they want representing their brand.

Very bad customer service. And product quality.
I bought a bubble gun, it does not work. But they told me it only works with our brand batteries.
And we cannot sell those to you.

What a fun place for kids and grown ups too. Colorful stuff that excites. Unique little bits that add diversity and colour to children's lives. Ok a bit more environmentally conscious would be a bonus but would that be as much fun as plastic non bio degradable stuff? Hmm I don't know. Yay smiggle, be happy, let's worry about the planet another time!

Very bad customer service, I went with my nephew (1.5 years) and he was crying because he wanted one of the balloons. I asked them if I can buy one. But one of the ladies there said they are not to give away and in a RUDE way. Very disappointed.

I loved this place because there are such great items! ️

This place gets 5 stars because my kids went mad in here and the staff were still polite.
