I called another computer company in Cranbourne near the police station and they told me the motherboard of my laptop was damaged and needed to be replaced for $700, I called SmartTech IT Solutions to get a second opinion and they asked me to bring it to them so they could diagnose my issue for free, they determined the issue was nothing to do with my hardware and was in fact an issue with the operating system, they backed up all my data and reinstalled Windows and restored the data back and even dropped it back to my office all fixed and charged me a lot less than what the other company had quoted me, thank you so much for your honesty, for someone that knows very little about computers I relied on honesty and you were great, I will never use anyone else to fix my computers.

I had 2 PC's with pop ups and my internet was so slow but all this was fixed and really happy with the communication and price.
