These guys haven't let me down yet.if you need to transfer data to a new phone - this is where to go for a quick, trouble-free service. I have referred friends.

Very friendly, professional, efficient and patient with my questions taking time to explain how my new i phone operates after setting it up for me.

Rip off specialist more like it, My wife was Quoted $300 for a screen replacement for a iPhone 6, I took the phone there the next day he quoted me $220,
Had to go to melbourne so I got a quote down there $120, how can they justify the price difference, I'suppose they would say Oh you got a cheap screen. But apple quoted $210 for a genuine apple screen repair, via a mail repair system with free postage, u didn't get my hard earned $ stuff ya,

After parts ordered in (over weekend) fitted, done and dusted in an hour. Even found other faults and advised. Absolute legends!

Very professional and efficient service. They were able to help me with an issue on my laptop that no other shop nearby could fix up.

Clint and the team are brilliant. I recently dropped my phone that had irreplaceable items on it.they were extremely kind caring and patient and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t lose the precious memories on my phone.

These guys are amazing.
I am 66 and a bit challenged when it comes to technology.
Usually I have a problem that they are able to fix quickly. And they charge nothing.
They are always pleasant, even though they may inwardly groan when they see me come in!
They should charge me.

Do not get a new screen for Galaxy 7. I got one here cost me three hundred dollars. Now the camera doesn't work unless I take pictures through snapchat. And the audio volume won't stay down. Can't use my hands free without holding my phone to constantly turn the volume down. Guys were a great help Initially but no help after with camera issues. So haven't asked them about volume issues.

I bought a phone from JB Hi fi and went to the coffee club to set it up. The wifi dropped out part way through the phone set up. I went back to JB Hi fi and explained what happened. They said to go to the Smart Phone specialists. So I went to the smart phone specialists. Adam served me, very friendly person and allowed me to use their wifi and to charge my phone and helped me set everything up for no fee. I wasn’t even a customer of theirs but they were happy to help.
The guys from JB Hi fi said they are the best in town at what they do and they have exceeded my expectations. 10/10

Friendly staff, great attention to detail and willing to do all they can to help their customers. =) They did a great job installing my screen protector, with cats in the house, hair was inevitable, with their help, it is flawless. =)

A great professional and friendly service. They helped with what for me was a major problem but they provided a very simple solution and didn't charge for the time they spent. Gold star.

Fantastic service from the team at smartphone specialist.
We came in with a small but quirky problem but the team handled it no issues.
They took their time to go out of their way to help and explain to the elderly customer and charged a fair price for the job.
Helped explain extra steps to get their device set up and functional.

It has to be said that as a first time customer I was very pleasantly surprised and have full trust in their ability.
I would send my elderly parents back without hesitation as the team was honest and friendly throughout the process despite my parents not having much of a technical understanding.

Amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Walked in with broken screen walked out with repaired screen literally dropped my phone as soon as I left store broke screen instantly walked back in and they fixed it straight away with no wait or fee.
