I had a problem with my phone all week. Tried everything I could and was almost about to drop $2k on a new one. Rang the team, they told me what it could be and also set the expectation of what the worst case scenario could be. I visited their shop (such easy parking also), and phone was fixed and completely repaired in less than 5 minutes! Completely in awe of their efficiency and professionalism. Outstanding!

Went in to get phone screened coz my bank was hacked. Rude arrogant guy at the front not friendly at all charged $20 to put the email as spam.didn’t even cheek anything.said it was all fine and should be no issues didn’t fix the problem at all still had more money coming out of my account. Will not return

Great place to go and get your problems fixed on smart phones/tablets. Clean premises and staff were friendly and very knowledgeable.

I cannot express my gratitude enough. I must encourage people not to DIY. It might look easy but its easier to mess it up. Next time Ill save myself the money and make the effort to have my cracked screen repaired professionally and with care instead of it costing me an LED screen as well

After taking my phone for repairs in Ballarat on Friday only to learn later Friday my phone had been furthered damaged from their repairs. (would not charge) Uncontactable on the Saturday, so we rang these guys, who were unbelievable, honest and genuine in repairing someone else's mistakes. Thank you, so much appreciated

Smartphone Fix Bendigo is definitely the place to go if you have a phone problem. Based on my stressful experience this week where I had spent hours trying to set up my Granddaughter's old phone for my personal use, Daniel from Smartphone Fix supported my through the process and then took over when I had given up. His patience, professionalism and support was above what anyone (especially those like me who are tech illiterate). Could have expected and his charges were minimal and affordable for any pensioner. Placed formal order with them, awaited part, phoned to check part was in and they had sold it, have to reorder and wait again. Hopeless.

I gave the lovely team a tricky job, I had a broken micro usb port in a thermal camera.
They were not sure if they could fix it and said they would do their best.

Well all I can say is WELL DONE! A perfect job on such a sensitive instrument. It's back up and running and the cost to fix was awesome as well.

I'll be back for any repairs I need.
