This is the second time using Robert. The first was a bridging loan in a stringent and conservative time in lending from the banks. He made that process feel like a breeze but I’m sure the leg work behind it was significant. The second was a refinance in a recession/COVID pandemic and I couldn’t fault him, it was seamless! I had some difficulty sorting through a ridiculous number of issues with a couple of banks (delays, valuing the wrong house, data input into their old system which voided my offset, cancelling my automatic payments and charging us additional interest.among other things). Rob was extremely helpful and without him I still would have been trying to sort through the mess. He managed to sort everything out quickly and relatively painlessly and even got the banks to waive a bunch of their fees, given the issues. Thanks Rob!
