Smartie Pants Early Learning & Development

An amazing centre to work at! I feel so appreciated and respected! I love the fact that most educators have been there for 10-18 years! Makes it feel like a big welcoming family the staff are super friendly. I also haven’t ever seen a centre with so much outdoor play space for the children to explore! The goats and chickens are a unique plus too! ️ and the educational programs for each room are exceptional! Love love love!

This centre is beyond amazing! The owners, admin and room educators are so friendly, passionate and always willing to help with any queries you may have. They have animals, large outdoor spaces and amazing programs. I have noticed that they are big on embedding sustainability, and First Nations Peoples perspectives throughout the centre, which is lovely to see. I also love the cooked meals the children receive each day from their talented chef. The centre has bush tucker gardens that the children get involved with maintaining and nurturing, and also often perform cooking experiences with the children. I highly recommend this centre for your children to attend! You won't be disappointed!:)

This centre has gone downhill… not happy with the service, I recommend finding elsewhere for higher quality care.

I actually drove 15 minutes in the opposite direction to work to drop my daughter here every morning, and I'm happy I did so. The venue is perfect for the development of a little mind, with wide open play areas and lots of greenery (they even have pet goats!). Today is her last day at Smartie Pants after 4.5 years. Like any parent, we inspected multiple facilities until we chose Smartie Pants, and it was the best possible decision for her. All the staff are professional, conscientious and generous with their time. My daughter was an extremely fussy eater when she was young, and it was their staff who took the time to develop her eating habits. Without any exaggeration, the staff did so much of the hard work raising our daughter, and we will be eternally grateful.

I have worked at Smartie Pants for almost 14 years and seen both my children spend their early years at the service. Being a parent and an educator meant i was extremely picky when it came to choosing where my children would attend Early Education. Smartie Pants has a warm family environment and has an amazing natural setting with large yards and animals. Regardless of my employment here there is no where else i would have felt comfortable sending my children.
