These guys know how to run a customer orientated business. I have used for several years. They were very helpful and informative to begin my home automation journey. All orders I have place have been dispatched and received in a very prompt manner.
My last purchase was quite large and I did just before EOFY their prices were good and I received in less then 3 days. That weekend they posted that they were having a 15% Off Sale on all the things I purchased. I emailed the company and explained what had happened. I was expecting maybe a small discount or a maybe a free sensor (I didn't ask). Without hesitation they credited my account with the total discount:).
Thanks guys I'm now pretty close to finishing what I want to achieve (if that's possible lol). They have now earned a forever customer.
Customer service is extremely good. Had a small issue, which easily could and should of been ignored but they went above and beyond. I will be ordering all my lighting products in the future here.

In line with others' feedback - amazing customer service, knowledgeable staff (not just Brad but others as well) and super fast shipping. Placed a large order on Wednesday afternoon to receive Thursday morning. Very definition of what a successful small business should be like.
Excellent customer service and support. They answered the phone almost immediately when my electrician was having trouble configuring some switches and provided extra advice to improve the experience of using them with inexpensive momentary switches. They also replaced an incompatible product as soon as I came across the issue.
Trying to piece together smart home platforms and devices can be daunting but they really go the extra distance to support their customers.

Their written respones, after sales service, willingness to go above and beyond no matter how big or small my request has blown me way. Thank you SmartHome for your incredible work, I wish every company was as patient and understanding as you. I could not recommend these guys more strongly (and even given all this their pricing is awesome!)
SmartHome's customer service is outstanding! Fast delivery, knowledgeable staff and excellent support. I had a couple of problems with some devices I ordered - one had had mechanical failure, and a replacement was promptly shipped prior to me returning the original. Another was consuming batteries immediately due to a manufacturer firmware bug which was fixed by firmware upgrade, but Brad refunded the cost of replacement batteries no questions asked!
I started my home automation journey about 10 years ago with X10 devices. Then switched to Insteon & now zigbee/z-wave. I have purchased everything from Brad as he knows his stuff & more importantly can support you after the sale. Its rare to get such good service these days!
