Smart Water

I am so impressed with this place. I'm on to my third irrigation project and Smart Water is always flexible, supportive and go out of their way to help. They always have the items I need in stock (unlike some other big places). It's also great to see lots of knowledgable women on staff too. Great work everyone

Very helpful and happy staff, that communicate promptly and deliver on promises. Great pricing for trades which is consistently better than competitors. Would highly recommend if you are in the Ringwood area.

Great service from Zoe. Rang up Zoe and discussed what I was after. She was helpful and made my purchase easy. All the goods were supplied ready for me to collect. My electrician thought the prices were great too!

I needed to replace my pond pump and the model I had previously, was discontinued. I called up and spoke to Amanda, she was so helpful and knowledgeable but more importantly went out of her way to try and sort out a good outcome for me! I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Found everything like Davey pump or irrigation timers pricey compared to their competitors. Also do not carry popular brand like Orbit timers.

Got great help with a new pump and filter for backyard water tank. Salesperson (Marcus?) was helpful, informed, and got extra information when unsure. Great advice on set up and care.

Required a irrigation solution for my lawn.first went to Bunnings which offered zero help. Then contacted Smart Water and got excellent service from Adam. He promptly provided a detailed quote on what was required for my yard. (zones, sprinklers, piping etc) Pickup was easy during covid lockdown and I was provided a plan so I knew where to lay the irrigation system. He answered questions which I had during install. Their pricing may have been higher than Bunnings (didn't do proper comparison for all I got, but this is my hunch) however I was happy to pay for the service and design I got with the sale. Keep up the good work guys!

Bought pond pump sat installed Sunday left message voicemail Sunday night (thought it was undersized), no one returned call that week so I followed up was told to bring it in Nathan had discussed with manager (I had said it had done 30 hrs on the phone) but was told to bring it in anyway. Obviously a waste of time pulling the pump out driving down repackaging to be told bad luck 30 too much.coulda told me they on the phone, coulda asked me the right questions at purchase to size it correctly. Coulda got back to me when I left a message straight after install. Poor effort

I had a problem with an online order. I went to the shop to sort it out. They went out of thier way to help me. I cannot speak to highly enough of this business.
