5 I was very happy with the level of care provided to my child at Smart Start. The staff were warm and welcoming, and this was consistent everyday. The center was encourages creativity and has a well developed education program. The food provided was of very good quality.
Communication with parents was exceptional. In addition to detail communicated directly by the careers, the children's activities were well sent to parents in weekly reports via email. Regular events were organized for parents to be involved and this helped forge a good community.
As I drop my daughter off for the last time after 3 years, I have to express my gratitude and admiration for the team at Smart Start. Not only have they educated and cared for my daughter in a way that has exceeded my expectations but they have been a pillar of support throughout some of the most trying times in our lives. I'm sad to be leaving but so thankful for everything they have done for us. Special mention to Mel, Mai, Daniella, Oz and Anna. If you are looking for an outstanding childcare to look after your child, look no further.
Beautiful staff, so caring and attentive. It’s a great space too - plenty of shaded outdoor play area. The kids do loads of fun and educational activities and they eat better than most grown ups! I feel very comfortable sending my toddler here, he loves it (takes me ages to convince him to leave when I pick him up).
After having my daughter for 2 years at Smart Start I can highly recommend the centre - Daniela the owner goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s needs and provide the best possible care for the little ones. Rooms are clean and decorated in a way which I personally really like - good balance between ‘nature play’ and mainstream toys. The recently renovated outdoor area is big, well equipped and far enough from the traffic. Good parking and walking distance to train stations.
