The staff was very professional and friendly, and they made it easy for me to schedule an appointment. The treatment itself was painless and didn't hurt at all. I have emailed them a couple days ago and called them 7 times from the morning, its now almost 5 pm.

I am a client of theirs so they have all my details on the system and I leave a message with my number and details anyway. If the only way i can book or reschedule an apt is through the phone you would think someone would get back to me over 8 hours!

Their policy is that if you dont reschedule an appt within 48 hours you loose your money, imagine i was trying to rechedule an appt I would have now exceeded the limit and lost my money.this is nuts!

Do not recommend this place. It took me a month to actually book in for my appointment at the South Morang clinic after trying multiple times via email, text and calls. They did not get back to me and frankly seem only interested in taking your money via the online website with no real intention of ever providing the actual service! 4 weeks later I finally received a call back only after I requested a refund as I was fed up with the lack of customer service. The girl that I did speak with was super pushy and not very nice (which after all these red flags I should have known better) but nether the less I booked in for my treatment the following week. I received a text confirmation for my appointment two days before the date and replied yes as you do. On the day of my appointment (which was a 37 degree day) I went to the clinic only to be met by a closed clinic and chains on the door handles, no one was there! Super annoyed and confused I started calling the clinic with obviously no answer, messaged them multiple times via social media to get an explanation and finally I got through to the Brunswick location and the girl wasn't helpful at all, she said maybe the therapist was just running late and I should wait, all though my appointment was for 12.20pm and by this point I had already waited an extra 20 mins. She said she would get a manager to call me which never happened. I had no choice but to just go home, after arranging plans to make this time work my time was obviously not valued by them. Later that day I still hadn't heard from anyone so I decided to put in a paypal claim to receive a refund for my online purchase. Only after this move did I receive correspondence from them at around midnight, I did end up receiving my refund as luckily I had paid with paypal and also received a lame excuse about having been notified of my cancelled appt because the therapist was "sick" that day, but mind you this was said to have happened just two hours before my scheduled appointment time. I however never received this text and they sent through a supposed screenshot of this as proof but the photo would not open so I am still yet to see it. Appalling rude service, unprofessional and lack of communication sums up this business. There is much better clinics around that will provide you with nothing less than a 5 star experience for all of their customers, next time I will be supporting a small local business that deserves it and will actually value my time and business unlike this one!

I’m absolutely disgusted. I called earlier to reschedule my appointment as myself and my kids have gastro or a tummy bug. I was told that I would lose my needling session thst I had already paid upfront for and that even if I have gastro to still go to my appointment. I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted. I definitely won’t be going back after tonight. Appalling!

I have been attending this clinic for many years and the service is always exceptional. Todays treatment Riyam has left my skin feeling brand new, hydrated and bright! I highly recommend her for any skin care treatment!

I come here for skin treatments (microdermabrasion and chemical peel) and am usually treated by Riyam who does a fantastic job! It's a very relaxing experience and honestly my skin has gotten less acne and looks a lot clearer. It feels hydrated and more healthy compared to before. Highly recommend
