I had the pleasure of receiving a laser treatment (Splendor X Laser Hair Removal) session with Martina, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked into the clinic, she made me feel incredibly comfortable. Her friendly demeanor and thorough explanations of various treatments immediately put me at ease, especially since I had some anxiety about the procedure.

Throughout the laser session, Martina continued to check in on me, ensuring I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. The session was surprisingly quick, yet she maintained an impressive level of thoroughness, leaving me with no doubts about the quality of her work.

I can't recommend Martina and the clinic enough. Her professionalism, combined with her calming presence, made the entire experience a positive one. If you're considering any treatments, I wholeheartedly suggest reaching out to Martina – she's truly exceptional!

If I could give this place a zero, I would.this clinic does not work with its clients and the owner Paul is the worst person you can talk to. I asked for a refund which fell under the Australian Consumer law, however he just purely swept it under the rug and insinuated that it was my fault, when his coworker had provided me with false information. This owners are money hungry.
You won't see results either relating to skin treatment nor lazer, don't go there.

Today is 1 week after my daughters skin needling session performed by Fiona who is extremly professional and friendly! Before she started this treatment she conducted a very thorough skin assesment and consultation to determine whether this is suitable for her skin! Hi guys I wanted to share this amazing treatment that I had done it’s called deluxe micro from my beautiful girl Riyam. She was just amazing and honest all the way I really didn’t want to get it done it was a one off thing but when I noticed the big difference I couldn’t believe it it’s made my skin smooth blackheads gone pigments showing less I recommend this to everyone that has dry skin pigments and acne conditions I wouldn’t have got it done if it wasn’t for my girl, Riyam.
