Smart Melbourne Cleaning

I booked this team to do whole house cleaning for an elderly parent in need of some assistance. They were very happy with the clean and with the efficiency of the team who came. Their willingness to work with family availability was especially appreciated. Definitely will use again.

Avoid! Terrible experience with these guys. They came over to remove a stain after my son was sick on it & ended up ruining my carpet. They sprayed it with a solution which has damaged the wool & now needs to be replaced costing me over a $1,000.

I tried contacting Sachin to ask for them to come back & have another try at removing the stain & he has stopped replying to my text messages.

AVOID!

I have very positive experience with this company (I did carpert, rug & couches steam clean) &, they are very professional, Deliver the service on time (Same day), excellent communivcation, They are not cheap but not that expensive (Value for money). Highly recommend,!

Our cleaners, did a fantastic job cleaning our 4 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and kitchen. Vacuuming, mopping & dusting were thorough and surfaces were spotless. They were friendly, efficient and professional. We would certainly have them back and would highly recommend!

Jake and his colleague were exceptional with the End of Lease clean they provided for me. The oven was spotless and the kitchen and bathroom were thoroughly scrubbed. The carpets, dusting, wiping down etc were all done to a high standard.jake was very polite, wonderful to communicate with and delivered as promised.

Sam did an excellent job.he clean my two rugs, couches and bedrooms. The couches and rugs came up far better than I thought possible, and he was prompt, friendly and very helpful.
