He worked with us over a number of weeks trying to find solutions which would allow installation without impacting any of the heritage features in the property or the facade. They runs rings around NBN technicians (who were of zero help) and they can fault find and repair anything no matter how difficult the situation. Amazing knowledge and skill to detect and repair any phone and/or internet problem.

Arrived on time, fixed my reception problems which were much more detailed than originally anticipated. Completed job despite taking two days which double the time first quoted.
Did not charge anymore, and upon completion of job
tidied up and removed rubbish.
