My 7yr old son went on a ride at the MORDIALLOC event and was injured. Staff dealt with it shockingly telling my son to pretty much toughen up n tell the kids off himself.my son was in tears and pain and they didn't do anything besides sorry.

Smart amusements kindly donated a "kids party package" to our kinder. My husband and I were the lucky winners of this. They were so prompt and easy to communicate with us even when we were difficult changing locations etc. The staff member Renae who set up and staffed for 5hrs the bouncing castle, fairy floss machine and laughing clowns was a credit to their business. So friendly, efficient and safety conscious. I would highly recommend their company for parties, fetes etc. Thank you!
