Thieves, had two laptops repaired here. Repair under warranty, same issues kept reoccuring. They offered me a new laptop for the sum of $300 with all the data from my old laptop transferred. New laptop didn't have same specs as old, and they refused to give me my old laptop back. Initially I was only told that I would need to pay $300 and the rest of the laptop price was offset against the work that was under warranty that I had paid a lot of money for. I asked for my laptop back and was told I would have to pay for it. Still waiting four months later no contact. I was also told I would need to pay an extra $40 or $50 when I purchased the new computer if I wanted a receipt. Dodgy, dodgy and more dodgy. I am left out of pocket, with a crap laptop with no receipt and they still have my initial laptop which had twice as many features and twice as much memory.
