Slices is always a great experience! I have never had anything bad as we have been coming for four years!

Pork sandwich was too oily, too salty and low quality and it was pricy for what you get! Not recommended at all

Ordered the Atlantic Salmon with uber eats twice just to get not what is in the menu DESCRIPTION.

Always a great meal with $15 Parma night Tuesday or burger night Thursday. Dean always goes above and beyond once you walk in the door!

What disapponting and impersonal experience for a family restaurant, as one can't order anything unless the personal details were submitted through the phone app. Waiting staff were cold, The food is average and prices are on par. Never again and who knows who this shop sells your data too.

Food was great and prices and portion sizes are fantastic. Only downside was very poor service to start with some young girls. Hard to get any attention but then the manager Dean served us for the rest of the afternoon and he was the highlight of our trip. If it wasn't for the amateur service at the start it would've been perfect.

Selected this restaurant for a nice Italian treat for my wife, very disappointing experience. Tables are too close to each other. Food is served within seconds of ordering as if it’s being made in advance and reheated and served. It felt like the objective is to rotate tables as quickly as possible without giving any experience to the customer.

Arancini balls tasted like cooked in stale/old oil.
Pizza bases tasted nothing like Italian but were like the same as Domino’s kind and pasta didn’t have any flavour other than bit of cheese flavour.

Will not go again or recommend to my friends!

The food was tasty and afforable. Our waiter Dean was very attentive and polite and very apologetic when our order was lost. He went the extra mile and made our dining experience a really pleasant.

Ordered via UBer Eats, and their food was absolutely amazing! Fresh chips, schnitzel was on point, and the pizza was hot and not soggy. Highly recommend for online orders!

Just leaving a review before my work starts around the area. I had a bad day night last night and this morning was also gloomy and a mess, and I haven't had any breakfast because I couldn't bring myself to be happy and eat, but entering this place, it brought me warmth and comfort as if I just had a filling comfort food. I had the Hawaiian pizza and Talia was the waitress who served me. I let her know that I can have my pizza on a take-away box because my work will start at 1000hrs and she was making sure if I wanted that and I agreed. I received my food and she was still concerned and made sure if I didn't need a plate or anything, and I reassured her. As I finished the whole bottle of water because I was really thirsty and not been taking care of myself, she quickly refilled my bottle. Talia, thank you so much for making my day easier and a little brighter. Will come back next time guaranteed. This place is now my comfort place and I can't wait to come back again soon. P. S. Had lunch today at slices Caroline Springs, food great as always, service made exceptional by Dean. Dean delivered old school customer service and in dining experience, the sort of in dining experience that has disappeared from most establishments.dean is definitely an asset to the restaurant.

Be prepared for online ordering when you get to this place. I was the only guest at the time and was told to order online by the girl even after commenting that it might be hard. After a while of navigating through the website and filling personal details the manager commented if I preferred to order with him. By this point I was ready to pay online… Extremely disappointed with the service. Common sense would be to have taken my simple order when I arrived
As for the food and coffee I would have been happier with Macca’s. The girl was fast to clear the table after eating, even with a half finished toasted ham and cheese still on the plate. Yes, more people came in afterwards- that’s when online could have been appropriate. Overall not bad but Slices staff need to be prepared to work smarter and accommodate guests as required.

If you're looking for a restaurant that serves up a decent portion of food at affordable prices with quick turnover then this is the place to go. The customer service provided to me and my partner was exceptional. Staff members were fast and attentive and got things done quickly and without fuss. I was especially impressed when I was handed the wrong meal by a waitress and was quickly offered it anyway at no charge since it would be binned anyway if I didn't want it.
Even though the servings were big I still think that it didn't matter as the food was simply not good. This restaurant pumps out food very quickly but without any care or passion in the food. The food lacks seasoning and finesse. Take pizza for example, they pack the toppings on so thick that you cannot really taste anything because it's probably all cheap ingredients used. And because it's so thick it doesn't cook properly which causes the base to go soggy. I think with foods like pizza, the saying "less is more" couldn't be further from the truth.
I think this place should focus on using less ingredients but better qualified. Bring back the passion for food and cooking and start making people's taste buds happy, not just their stomachs wallets.

Been here couple times, the food and drinks are good. I forgot to take pic of main courses, but look at the size of cake, always yummy the lemon meringue pie, could be better if they serve half size. Their dessert is basically double size.

Update: The food here has dropped significantly in quality the past month. Dry tasteless burgers, hard boiled poached eggs, smaller portions, poor presentation. Not sure what happened to their old chef but very poor value now. Used to be a regular. Doubt we'll return now.

Original review: Love their dirty chai with oat milk and the vegan stack for lunch. Other dishes are very nice too. Good friendly service and reasonably priced.

Great food, a little on the pricey side. $15 for two Lemon, lime and bitters. Nice music, but could certainly afford to turn the volume down a smidge.

Just been in and completely ignored by a guy leaning on the counter on his mobile. Finished conversation and walked off without even an acknowledgement. Not the first time staff have been rude here. Take it or leave it culture? I'll leave it.

Pathetic service. Poor and unhappy staff - zero hospitality. Had to wait 20 minutes before someone can take our order. Despite of being patient for 20 minutes, I was asked to appreciate that the restaurant was busy. Like the food and love the ambience, but will not revisit because of the staff. Mr. Sam - hire better staff.
